31 August, 2294:

A daring rescue attempt led by Ensign Lessard is under way to rescue members of the away team who have been captured by rebel Klingon scientists working in a secret lab below the medical facility and assisted by some Klingon warriors provided by General Tar'Mok. Meanwhile, Lt. Poldara and Dr. Gigidonni continue to try to reason with their captors who have been largely unresponsive to their pleas. However, they do agree to release all but the doctor. On the Challenger, Mr. Haskins and MCapt Kimiko bicker to each other over their rescue of "Cardinal" while Kas and Savros collect particles.
