Are all the advanced sims in the era of TOS???

No, only USS Hood is in the TOS era. Most of the others are in TNG/Voyager/DS9 era, except Agincourt, which takes place about 20 years after Voyager.

There's also Challenger NX-05 which takes place in the Enterprise era. Refer to the individual ship's websites for more info on each ship.
