MISSION BRIEFING: The players are members of an away team from the Galaxy-class starship VICTORY. The team has beamed down to the Prime Directive protected Vorbus 7 to try and find missing Starfleet officers. The missing officers are crew of the ARKADELPHIA, a starship found drifting in orbit above.
