The Klingon Council

Assistant Science Officer's Log SD: 0408.10

After turning in my logs, I proceeded down to main engineering for duty. The prior calculations were affirmative. The time device was successful in modifying our location. We were now in orbit of Qo'nos, homeworld of the klingon empire, in the 24th Century. After confirming our whereabouts, Van Roy received orders to shut down the device that was now completly integrated into the ships systems. I, however, took initiative and carried out the order. I returned to the bridge, only to be disturbed by a cordical implant misfire. Lt. Random suggested that I report to sickbay at once. Upon doing so, I activated the EMH and the proper adjustments were made, I was cleared to return to the bridge. During this time, Random had received an on-screen transmission from the Klingon Council. I was uncertain, but wondering of any connection between Chancellor's officials and what our sensors detected in front of us. The Qob was faced with eight Klingon Bird of Prey, one mother ship and the fleet was ready for attack. I proceeded to my station under "battle mode" and prior to engaging scans of our visitors, I had been ordered to discontinue all weapons and scans. I followed through, as well as brought up the suggestion of using a weapon that covered a mass area. My hypothesis was, if we targeted the mother ship's weapons arrey, the seven guard vessels would engage a full blown attack on the Qob, us being outnumbered. My statement was heard but Daryus and Messner had an alternative. Meanwhile, Bch spoke with Chancellor and his officials regarding the situation at hand.

Bch and Kwalus were ordered to beam directly to the council at once. Their transport was initiated and reported successful. With weapons manually offline, the Qob holds its position cloaked behind a moon, relavent to the position of Qo'nos in Klingon space. However, the crew is not alone. The other Klingon Warship stands at ready as we await for the fate of the Qob to be determined.
