Well, if you haven't seen the anouncment from the GM's dont answer this, since it'll ruin your April fools day prank.

 

 

I had to say no, because of one little misstep on Fred's account. The fact that he didn't include the Sky Harbor Aegis on the list. For a second, I believe it, but after I saw the Reaent, and not the Aegis, I knew it was fake.

 

Why would he cancil one, but not the other hmm?

 

Anyways, nice try Fred, but for one born on April First, it takes a lot more to fool me, I have a natural immunity.

You have to remember that, unlike last year, we were EXPECTING something from Fred this year. The "Admiral Garnoopy" prank had a big lead-in, with a plausible explanation for it, and you had to read the entire message before knowing it was a joke. So to surprise anyone this year it can't just be better, it has to be A LOT better.

Well, I was totally expecting something this year, so I logged in looking for a post from someone with something totally unreasonable happening.

 

Last years was totally funnier. Especially considering I got Instant messages from GM's asking me what was going on!

 

Of course, we have to realize, anyone who's seen an April Fools prank on STSF will not think the next years is funny, you're expecting it. So, I hope the newbies who haven't seen them before got a good laugh.

 

And I think Admiral Garnoopy would have been great. :rolleyes:

I think a better prank, would be to back up the entire site, and then give Garn all the powers, and let him destroy everything...
