  1. "Computer begin recording... As I've told you before, Computer, I rarely do this log thing. Earlier I was briefed by Commander Precip and was informed that I would be with him when we greet the Federation Council for their meeting on this star base. This is my first diplomatic detail, and I'll finally get to try out my new dress uniform. I'm almost excited. I sincerely hope I get my previous post back as the Chief Master at Arms. It would be better for when I introduce myself. ::sighs:: I thought it would be nice to be station based again, however this automated star base seems to take all the fun out it. I hope the computer thinks too hard and breaks itself so it'll run like a regular base. According to what I heard over the intercom, the computer overrode the Admiral's command. It makes me think of a certain book I once read from the twentieth century. 2001 A Space Odyssey. In this book, the ship controlled by an artificial intelligence computer, became self aware and took control. I hope that doesn't happen here, otherwise I'd have to take a few photon grenades and stick them in the computer core. At any rate I seem to be rambling and will cut this short. Computer end recording." Raymond Ganner Chief Petty Officer USS Manticore NCC-5852/Star Base 9
  2. Master at Arms/Brig-Weapons Officer: Senior Chief Petty Officer Raymond Ganner SCPO_Ganner Name: Raymond Ganner Species: Human/Vulcan Gender: Male Marital Status: Single Height: 6'1" Weight: 230 lbs Hair: "High and Tight" Light Brown Eyes: Green Distinguishing Features: A scar about 2 inches long on the right side of his neck from being attacked by a Klingon. Biography: Born on Earth to his Vulcan mother and Human father. His father was a civilian that worked for the UFP and his mother was a Diplomat. Raymond decided not to take the path of the Kolinar and purge himself of emotion. He was just a regular kid, nothing extraordinary happened to him, and he lived life as it came. When Raymond turned 18 he joined Starfleet as an enlisted person. He made his way up through the ranks, serving for 7 years on the USS Hood. He left the Hood as a Second Class Petty Officer and was transferred to Starfleet command, and was quickly promoted to First Class Petty Officer, and was Lead Petty Officer for the enlisted security force. After 6 years and at age 31 he was given a special ops assignment and promoted to Chief Petty Officer, and made Master at Arms on the USS Manticore. Chief Ganner has never has one black mark on his record. Was recently promoted from Chief Petty Officer (E-7) to Senior Chief Petty Officer (E-8). The scar on the right side of his neck was given to him by a Klingon while serving on the Hood. They had apprehended a platoon of rogue Klingons trying to sabotage a starbase. He went into hand to hand combat with the Klingon pulled his d'k'tagh and slashed Raymond's neck; cutting his carotid artery, thankfully he had a back up type 1 in on boot and fired and vaporized the assailant. Another crew member found him and had him immediately transported to sickbay, but the cut was so deep the dermal regenerator couldn't repair it sufficiently leaving a nice scar.
