She has chosen to go with the bald head. Her skin tone is of an Ivory hue. What brows she has are white. Her eyes remain a dark green. Against her light skin they stand out. Telia is of an average height but remains thin. Career Background: 7612.20 Born on Delta 4, city of Pendaria 9406.07 Graduated from the educational system that is located in her city. 9505.30 Took the time to decide the future. She did some serious soul searching before she decided on becoming a member of the Starfleet Academy 9509.01 Began Medical school on Deltan. Her specialties of classes included: Intro. Medicine I Emergency Medicine Medical Ethics Alien physiology 1,2,3,4 Medicine 2,3,4 General Surgery 1,2,3 Basic Psychology 0206.01 Graduated Starfleet Academy, served aboard the USS Repulse as a cadet per her choice. She wanted to be sure of her decision. So did her apprenticeship there. From here was transfered to New Bajor to expand and continue her studies in Alien physiology to include Alien Surgical techniques as well. Here was promoted to Ensign. 0404.01 Transferred to the USS Republic as assistant Medical Officer under the Command of Rear Admiral E. Bluz Personal Back ground: Mother: Relia Father: Teria Sister: Melia Brother: Reria Telia is the oldest of 3 children that her parents had. She is the only one of her siblings that has ventured off world. The rest of the family is quite content to remain on world and to live in the old ways of their culture. Telia is very outgoing and friendly. Similar traits to the rest of the Deltans. She took her vow of celibacy the first day at the Academy, it is in their records, Starfleet's and on her PADD with the rest of her medical records. Telia became interested in healing as she developed and perfected her healing touch that the Deltans are known for. Course this only involves pain sensors. She is able to remove the pain. This is done through their limited telepathic ability. Once Telia learned the removal of the pain, she concentrated on this part. She remains able to be telepathic with others of her species but hadn't developed this ability among other races. One other area that Telia had to work on was being away from her species. Their people are used to living in group settings and enjoying the psychological benefits of this. When some of the Deltans have served in Starfleet in the past, their was need for use of drugs to inhibit the excretion of the pheromones that makes their species as sexual as it is. Telia has not had need for this. She has been able through concentration and meditation to suppress this. The only time she lets this pheromone be released in very tiny quantities is during the pain suppression activity. Telia has adapted well to the life of a Starfleet officer and is looking forward to her adventures of the future. Medical / Psychological Per CMO Dr Phillips: Cadet Telia has passed all psychological testing at the Institute. She has been able to suppress all pheromone activity except during her duty times; times of pain. She also had adjusted to being away from her clan. Her vow of celibacy has been recorded. She is also one who has a strong desire to learn. I feel that this desire comes from the suppression of other senses she must do.
