  1. this is my... nevermind, anyways your kinda right, but you don't see the regular kinda spammers who just come on here and type stuff like 'MY SHIRT IS BLUE' that's what's good about this message forum, and plus not people reviving old topics all the time
  2. this is my 142nd post (can't you tell I'm trying to annoy Huff with my 'pointless and meaningless' posts?)
  3. this is my 141th post
  4. Reminds me of the peanut butter in the US Arny's MREs (Meals, Ready to Eat). We actually DID use it for engineering sealant! :dead: talking about MREs, they got unmeltable chocolate right? what does it taste like? lol whats all in an MRE anyways? I've always wondered since Tremors because that one guy says they cost an arm and a leg
  5. oops, guess i'm late...
  6. i'm like the 7th highest poster here, you should make a list to 15 or so
  7. lol, yes, our economics and world government classes are boring and confusing too, lol
  8. Well, it looks like you posted this at 11 AM, when all of our chats/academies are in the evening. Please come back at 11 PM (Eastern Time). Thanks! LOL, sorry, just that you don't see alotta posts like this, anyways, atragon is right, all our sims are in the evening, the reason why we have no morning sims is because most of the GMs are having lunch break at mcdonalds at around 11AM, sorry
  9. yeah really, seeing a 77 paling, balding, senile, wrinkling in places you didn't even know existed, skin peeling off, deaf, blind, mute, teeth falling out, Nam amputee commodore rotting in a tub? ughhhh, now I know why I don't get any awards, hehe
  10. eh, it always seems I'm the last oneto reply, well technically I am before someone else posts, but everyone said it all already, so uhh, WHAT THEY SED!
  11. Well, you have to remember that we don't control the resources at Paramount's website and there is no clean way to get straight into the rooms there. Remember that you have "log in" at StarTrek.com to get your account active first and then you have to get the PeopleLink software to kick up and running. Also, Paramount cannot get the correct stats on numbers of visitors to their site, if we found a way straight into the rooms. We want to keep Paramount happy with STSF, now don't we!!!? I have a way into the chats bookmarked on my comp, when you click on the the RR and HD when logged in, the address at the top is your specific account login for the room you entered, I label them "Ensign Bokrah - Ready room" and so on
  12. I never had any doubts...
  13. happy birthday marsovac!
  14. If you upload your avatar to the STSF.net server and then use it, technically, all members have the right to use it themselves. However, if you wish someone to discontinue the use of an avatar that you happen to personally use and like, you should send them a PM politely requesting that you would appreciate it if they did change it, however, I do not believe that this in any way would mean that it is required to be changed. There is no need to shout and make threats of any way shape or form over something as silly as a little picture. so startrek fan can yell at people and I can't? :) and that shotgun part, you know I was just, umm, kidding ::scratches arm nervously and scoots over concealing something:: (john Lovitz style:) yeah, uh, that's the ticket!
  15. well, umm, for one, your not supposed to click that (thanks :)) unless the post has explicit content, and those are usually deleted before a quarter of us see em cuz theres usually at least one GM that logs in an hour (except during the insomniac hours from which I post all of my posts)
  16. are you kidding?! shuttles(NASA shuttles I mean), yeah yeah, big deal, but something that can go at the speed of light? I'm not sure about you, but that would be a huge accomplishment, that means exploring places we could NEVER visit before, Mars, thats a planet away, 'Earth's Twin' is 18 months away (1.5 years) round trip, I saw on a warp chart that that trip could be done in less than a minute, that's like a 2 minute trip max, hell, turning around once your there would take longer then getting there, that is a HUGE leap in technology, (but Zefram Cochrane's flight was 2 minutes long and Earth still looked pretty big, hmm...) that makes deep space planetary stations possible (when I say deep space, I mean what they would think of it in 2063) there are ALOT of questions I have about how warp works, heres one, how do spaceships decelerate out of warp so fast? that would tear ships apart, and inertia dampeners are far too farfetched and unexplained, but if we ever do travel at the speed of light, it would forever change the way we think about our limits, it would forever change us as a culture amd a society
  17. THATS MY AVATAR! like star trek fan sed, avatars are personal, naw getyerown ::gets all hillbilly and picks up a shotgun::
  18. Sorry, my bad. I messed up when doing the post. My intention was that: A "Yes" vote means an advanced civilization can exist without money. A "No" vote means it can't. oops, than take that one yes and make it a no
  19. it would help to know the poll question... lol, but yeah, I thought that was off though too, in star trek ship designer, your money is resources, so I not entireley sure how this works, but it sounds like titanium and other means of resources would be like currency in a way
  20. Hey there, I would agree with you...if Voyager had: A) Held some consistency from episode to episode during it's first 6 seasons. :) Not resulted to "sex appeal" to try and raise ratings C) Not lost 47 shuttles, somehow had the parts to make them, oh wait...I did mention inconsitency, didn't I? SEX APPEAL?! WHAT SEX APPEAL?! lol, they resorted to sex appeal when? I'll have to make a note to watch that episode... anyays, thats the only reason people like me and dumbass watch ST
  21. WHOA! I just noticed something, look at the number of views this topic has, the second highest viewed topic is "Message Board Suggestions" But this one is first with almost 100 views more! I NOW DUB THIS "The Most Viewed Topic" (also known as "The Topic Everyone Has Wasted Their Time On")
  22. I voted for Voy, when I first saw TNG I loved it, but now Voyager is starting to surpass it in my liking, jusr because of the better plots, in every episode it's the same, they all want to get home badly, ect, but they mix it up nicely
  23. yes I also thought Canamar was a good episode, although, I don't understand why Spoiler (Highlight to Read): Archer didn't go for the docking bay door the first few times he knocked out the bad guy, I mean, they were by the door the entire time and the guy went down like 5 times but anyways, the entire thing was pretty good, nice storyline, I just wish we saw some ships blow up, oh and by the way for all of you... I'M BAAAAAACKKKK
  24. To explain why I have not been in at all in the past week and a half, my computer has been in the shop being worked on, we got it back yesterday at 5, I was so excited to get my weekly doseage of Manticore, but my mom screwed it up, so sorry, I wasn't asleep, like my usual tardies, and my mom's computer was 'down' it hasn't been working for the past 2 weeks, I'm so sorry about all this, right now I'm at a friend's place on his comp, so I can't check all your great posts right now, but I hope I will be able to SOON A Mad Romulan- Bokrah
  25. (I could not put this in the existing thread because for some reason my computer won't gime me the file address) OMG! Look what I found! My friend snapped this with his digital camera, either that shuttle malfunctioned ALOT, or NASA was doing something they weren't supposed to, either way, I thought you couldn't go that fast! (note, this is UNEDITED)
