Sage is 5’5” with light red hair in the traditional Vulcan cut. She is slim, yet muscular from all of her years of martial arts. She has brown eyes and a lighter complexion than most other Vulcans.

Because of an accident during Kaswahn, she has a scar on her brow, leaving a small indent in her left eyebrow.

Bio:

Sage was born in 2367 in the city of ShiKahr, Vulcan. As she was growing up, her parents constantly drove her to be her best, both mentally and physically, to prepare her for the struggles the universe dishes out. As she grew, she began to struggle with her emotions, being able to control them, but not so sure she wanted to purge them completely.

Her parents expected her to attempt Kolinah, since both her parents were successful in their attempts. She saw the logic to the request, but she felt a more intense calling to study the emotions she felt, and, to her, it was logical to keep her emotions to better understand the field of study she intended to go into. Her parents disagreed with her decision, causing tension between her and her parents, her father especially. They still voice their opinions about her chosen field of study, believing that Medicine is logical, but psychology is not as necessary.

She was promised to a boy named Sapool at age 7, but Sapool tragically died during the ritual Kaswahn when he was 13, a ritual Sage passed with ease. This sent her into a bout of intense emotions, being connected to Sapool in such a way, and it took many weeks of meditation to regain control of her sadness and anger.

In respect with her parent’s wishes, she studied the martial arts her parents had before her, excelling quickly to the highest rank before her departure for Star Fleet. She still practices every day, as a part of her meditation. She is highly skilled in the famous Vulcan nerve pinch, and quite well trained in mind-melds, but she would only use them when appropriate.

At age 18 Sage began her training at Star Fleet. She focused on medicine, with a specialty in psychology. Though she didn’t purge all of her emotions, she still is described as “very Vulcan” by the people who do not know her best. She has moments where she doesn’t catch herself and smiles, laughs, and cries, but those are far and few between.

She finished her training and gained the rank of Ensign in February 25, 2382 (now 21 in earth years) and is currently on the Starbase Sky Horbor Aegis.
