Rear Admiral Shauna Walking-Coyote is the senior officer in charge of the First Threat Response Program, Starfleet Border Patrol Division. She maintains FTR offices on the colony planet of New Topeka, the home base of the USS Comanche Creek. She and Captain Calestorm have known one another since they were young officers serving on board the USS Warlock.
