Hi, I'm Atragon and I remember TOS when it originally aired, too.

{Small crowd of old people, leaning close to listen} Hi, Atragon.

I remember watching the first episode aired because it scared the bejeepers out of me (and I'f been missing my bejeepers ever since). My brothers and I were psyched to watch this new Sci Fi TV show and there was Nancy Crater turning into the salt monster with the creepy face and suction cup finger tips!

LOL, you must have been one of all those old folks that were sitting behind me at the theatre when Star Trek 11 came out.

  2. This is what the forums look like from my computer:

They display the first post, then make a list of all the replies. It first happened when I googled a forum topic, rather than look it up from here. It's very bothersome, and I haven't figured out how to change it back. And now it's happened to another forum for the same reason! Does anyone here know how to fix this?

  3. 1) It depends on the point of view of the person programming. "Protection" might be considered various different ways.

2)As far as morality goes, T'aral, logic has none.

    3)Logic is mathematical equation.

What will protect? + What should be done? = Solution.

Rok would have needed to have an idea to what extent should he go before he fills his protective function. For example, should he not allow the intruder to even see the object? Or should the intruder simply not be allowed to destroy the object? I believe he had been previously told to kill in order to fill his function.
