since I'm a computer person here, I guess I have to say my two bits. First of all, I think Win 98 is the best of the Windows OS. Pretty much all programs were compatible. They still are. Secondly, I had a lot of complaints about Win ME about it's not compatible and other stuff. Bottom line, don't get it. Thirdly, Windows XP SP2 is pretty much only for people who have too much spyware and viruses. If you don't have any of those problems, deactivate your Automatic Update now. And Finally, if you want a good OS, go with Mac OS X and X.2, because they will give you a better performance and maximum compatibility. Plus, Gates hasn't touched our school yet :). I'm done now.
