Yes, how sad. Just think of the diversity and understanding we have denied ourselves as a culture since then? We could enjoy an environment of such that even makes physical characteristics un-noticable or unimportant. You know, like hair color, facial features, height, weight, age, race, clothing, caste, whatever! If all these things didnt matter, can you imagine how even our government, our judicial system, would be different? Because of lesser feelings, or lack of feelings, of jealousy or hate (usually due to physical characteristics), or because of indifference to importance of a "social ladder", our attitudes towards each other and "things" would be incomparable to those of today, therefore changing the need for keeping order. Yeah, I know. Pipe Dreams.

Keep it coming! =0] I think that probably this country would be mostly of Indian desent, naturally, if not "colonized" later. Perhaps the Indians would have built up a big enough army of peoples and would have been able to fend for themselves up to this time in history. Maybe you and I would have been born English, Irish, African, German, or heck, even Indian! Perhaps our cultures wouldnt be as blurred as they are today? I dont know. Maybe thats a bad thing. I just wish the "Europeans" hadnt muscled in on land that wasnt "theirs". Whats wrong with co-habitation?
