  1. The Arc AT uses their modified drone to prevent the city from being destroyed. The simulation makes a nearly unbreakable data connection to Arcadia's holodeck and starts calculating its future, which now goes on a longer time. Arcadia's memory begins uncontrollably filling with the simulation data. The Arc AT is able to exit the simulation, but finds that Lt Yu is actually a hologram. They move her pattern out of the simulation and into Arcadia's memory. Cpt Lo'Ami orders an armed quantum torpedo sent into the holodeck, again destroying the city and resetting the simulation. Arcadia's memory is restored. Lt Yu and Ens Obart's patterns are sent back to the Federation. The plot ends. chatlog2017-10-15.txt
  2. Dana tries to communicate by going into the holodeck while it is connected to New City, but ends up being transported to New City instead. They use that fact to send objects from Arcadia to New City without lossiness, including a fully functional drone. chatlog2017-10-8.txt
  3. The AT - with help from Arcadia - attempts to end the simulation by preventing the in-simulation destruction of New City that resets the cycle. Bidirectional voice communication is established with the ship. chatlog2017-10-1.txt
  4. Arcadia comes up with a new plan to try to stop the destruction of the city, possibly ending the cycling story. chatlog2017-9-24.txt
  5. Arcadia began overloading the simulation, but Ens Obart (Starfleet) disappeared along with some of the simulation characters. His pattern had been saved by Arcadia from the holodeck recreation. We stopped doing it, not knowing what would happen to everyone else. We verified that the Starfleet officers in the sim actually existed and that their stories checked out. chatlog2017-9-17.txt
  6. Arcadia starts overloading the simulation. Simulation elements (including N-12 agents) begin to disappear out of the simulation. Ens Obart (the Starfleet Andorrian) begins to phase out as well. chatlog2017-9-10.txt
  7. Arcadia and the away team in the simulation establish communication, where the away team writes using pencil and paper while Arcadia watches the simulation. Meanwhile, Arcadia can send in messages. They plan to work together to overload the simulation by sending in hard-to-compress objects. chatlog-2017-8-27.txt
  8. The away team attempts plans odd things in order to overload the simulation. Arcadia attempts to beam more items into the simulation, but they do not come out intact. chatlog2017-8-20.txt
  9. The away team learns that the simulation ends in the catastrophic destruction of New City before it resets. They attempt to come up with plans to overload the simulation computer. chatlog2017-8-13.txt
  10. The AT escapes to a warehouse, where they meet the other Starfleet crewmen, Ens Obart, the Andorrian. They discuss plans to overload or outplay the simulation. Dana is puzzled in engineering, trying to figure out how to get an object out of the simulation. chatlog2017-8-6.txt
  11. With all the police exiting the station, Yu helps the AT escape as gang activity increases around them. They head to an abandoned warehouse where Yu and Ens Obart have been hiding. Arcadia tries to beam objects out of the simulation, but none have come out successfully. chatlog2017-7-30.txt
  12. The away team learns more about the simulation. The police station is largely emptied when the police exit on some kind of important call. Lt Yu breaks the away team out of jail. Dana is able to insert some objects into the simulation, but none of them are complete. chatlog2017-7-23.txt
  13. The Arcadia AT continues talking to Lt Yu and finds out about the cyclical simulation that they are in and the danger coming from the "enforcers" of the simulation's repeated history, the N-12 street gang. A Starfleet probe that crashed into a car is brought into the police station. On Arcadia, engineering finds a way to read and mirror the highly compressed temporary particles in the simulation and is able to watch the action. chatlog2017-7-16.txt
  14. The Arcadia AT is taken into custody by the New City Police. At the station, they are brought into a room to meet with their "lawyer," who identifies herself as being Lt Andrea Yu of USS Mikasa, one of 2 remaining crewmembers from an away team lost in a transporter accident. She tells them that they are in a simulation whose history resets and repeats endlessly. She hands Arizhel a late 23rd century handheld communicator. Engineering finds that the unidentified object is behaving like a large holodeck, but all the particles inside are jumbled. chatlog2017-7-9.txt
  15. The police officers attempt to identify the crew, who then stun them. The away team runs to a departing train, but, as the train enters the next station, they find that it is filled with police. Arcadia traces their probe to a place where there is what looks like space debris, but no planets. chatlog2017-6-18.txt
  16. The "holodeck" crew book the merchant as a tour guide. As they enter the subway, they apprehend a purse-snatcher. The ship's position, course and speed are re-set to where they were when the crew in the holodeck disappeared and the program re-run. Engineering sends a probe into the program, which disappears. chatlog2017-6-11.txt
  17. The crew that were in the holodeck find a local to try to figure out where they are and what is happening. They find that they are in "New City" and come up with the cover story that they are there for a comic convention. Arcadia begins a search pattern for the missing crew. chatlog2017-6-4.txt
  18. While security does training on the holodeck (and engineering watches for fun), the security personnel go missing and cannot be found anymore. The holodecks are shut down, but the personnel remain missing. The security team finds themselves in a 21st-century city. chatlog-2017-5-28.txt
  19. The culprit chemical is identified that caused the grass on Zeta 516 to turn brown. It is found all over the ship. Engineering comes up with a plan to clean the ship. Meanwhile, a plan must be made to make sure it doesn't spread on the planet. chatlog2017-5-7.txt
  20. The browning grass is traced to Kal Matheson's boots, which are removed and sent back to Arcadia for analysis. Algae growing experiments begin in the microenvironment set up by engineering on the planet. chatlog2017-4-30.txt
  21. Engineering begins building the microenvironment to test whether Spekian algae could grow on Zeta 516. Meanwhile, brown spots are noted in the soil wherever some Arcadia crew have walked. chatlog2017-4-2.txt
  22. Arcadia sends an away team to Zeta 516 to evaluate the environment and whether plants that are important to the Spekians can grow there. chatlog2017-3-26.txt
  23. Arcadia sets course for Zeta-319, a possible homeworld for the Spekians, who lost their prior homeworld to a star going nova and have many specific requirements for their new location. Meanwhile, the chocolate stain source on the carpets is traced from deck to deck. chatlog2017-3-19.txt
  24. After a long TBS, Arcadia returns to Federation space. On the agenda is the investigation of a planetary system as a possible place for evacuation of a species whose star went nova. Meanwhile, Kal notices some chocolate stains on the bridge carpet. chatlog2017-3-12.txt
  25. Arcadia's away team enters the Neural Net through the computer interface. They make contact with the AI's. After some back and forth, the away team understands why the ants ended up on Greenia - it had been the AI's plan to help their "users" - who need a radioactive location to massively reproduce. The AIs agree to only send the ants to unpopulated planets. chatlog2017-3-5.txt
