  1. Personal and Physiological Profile Name: Josheua Paul Anders Rank: Ensign Race: Human Sex: Male Height: 5’11” Weight: 173 Lbs Age: 23 Hair Color: Blonde Eye Color: Blue Medical Logged: Stardate 41581.96 Lt. Commander Andrea Harper, Chief Medical Officer U.S.S. Diligent Warrior – NCC-58232 Ensign Anders has served aboard the Columbia for the past three years post graduation from Starfleet Academy. During which, he has attended all medical evaluations on schedule sans one during the third year when he was under medical treatment for wounds suffered during an EPS overload. All medical evaluations were passed without need for retake and he easily exceeded Starfleet standards for his age, race, sex, and weight class. Individual evaluations available for transfer. All medical events are listed below. Stardate 37084.69 Starfleet Academy Ensign Anders suffered a broken arm partaking in a extracurricular activity. Arm was set and then treated with skeletal healing spanner. Returned to duty 0100 hours after incident. No expected medical hindrance due to injury. Stardate 39915.06 U.S.S. Diligent Warrior – NCC-58232 Ensign Anders contracted a mild case of Therian flu from a visiting dignitary. He was one of many of the crew who contracted the disorder but quick treatment limited the effects of the disorder. Returned to duty 1100 hours after incident. No expected medical hindrance due to injury. Stardate 40832.87 U.S.S. Diligent Warrior – NCC-58232 Ensign Anders sustained third degree burns and numerous bone fractures when an EPS conduit overloaded during a combat. (Note: Starfleet Internal Affairs found no faults in the actions taken by Ensign Anders nor those under his command). Ensign Anders was out of duty for a week, prior to transfer to Starfleet Medical. He obtained two sonic skin treatments to stimulate healthy tissue growth at the burn sites. Returned to duty three weeks after incident. No expected medical hindrance due to injury. (Of Note: See Psychological Profile provided by Counselor Michael Travers on possible side-effects of incident.). I deem Ensign Anders Physical Fit for Active Duty per Starfleet Medical Authority 0282 Psychological Profile Logged: Stardate 41581.96 Counselor Michael Travers U.S.S. Diligent Warrior – NCC-58232 Ensign Anders has served aboard the U.S.S. Diligent Warrior for the past three years. During those times, I performed a biannual physiological profile as dictated by Starfleet Medical Regulations and a Post Traumatic Stress Evaluation prior to an EPS conduit overload accident that injured the Ensign as well as killed two under his command. The later is of most importance and will dominant the bulk of my report. Ensign Anders involvement in the incident was largely coincidental. The sickness of Ensign, Second-Class, Riley Thomas, had placed Ensign Anders in charge of an Engineering Crew charged with emergency response to damage areas. At 0300 Hours, the U.S.S. Diligent Warrior- NCC 58232- engaged an unidentified privateer (full incident report logged with Starfleet Command by Captain Lisa Drivers). Fifteen minutes into the engagement, Ensign Anders’ team was deployed to repair a damaged EPS conduit that was inhibiting power from reaching the port, +45 degree, upper saucer phaser cluster. After beginning the repair, the Diligent Warrior was hit forty meters from the groups location. The subsequent field overload sent an overcharge down the EPS conduit causing the already damaged conduit to rupture, killing two men instantly. Ensign Anders was burned severly on his chest and right shoulder and had numerous rib fractures. Despite that, he managed to pull the surviving members of his party away from the venting conduit. He then shut off the conduit, called for emergency medical assistance, and spent the five minutes it took the medical crew to arrive attempting to revive one of the victims. Ensign Anders has voiced reoccurring nightmares around the event. The victim he attempted to revive, Ensign Ashley Thomas, was romantically involved with Anders and the event has greatly affected his personal trust in his judgment ability. However, he has remained a tough skinned Starfleet Officer, keeping these emotions in my office and maintaining a professional attitude on duty. I raise this event as a caution to potential fears, but also as a sample of Ensign Anders’ character. I deem him psychologically fit for duty under Starfleet Ship Counselor Authority 3832 Starfleet Academy Graduation Rank: 111 of 4322 – 97th Percentile Senior Thesis: Advanced Warp Theory and Interspecies Technology Development Academy Major: Advanced Warp Field Mechanics and Transwarp Theory (Minor in Language) Recommendations: - Captain Lisa Drivers (U.S.S. 2. Thanks for the warm welcome all. I enjoyed my first academy sim and have learned a lot in the first hour of gameplay. I enjoyed everything, and have found the players here to be beyond nice and helpful. Again thanks for the responses and I will see you all among the stars. -Josh
  3. Hello All, Names Josheua but you all can call me Josh for short, and I just wanted to say Hi to everyone at STSF. I am planning to attend my first Academy Class Tonight and am looking forward to it. I have wanted to join a Star Trek Online Sim for some time so I am quite eager to get started. I would just like to say hi to everyone. After graduation I hope to get a posting on the U.S.S. Challenger, a fine ship to say the least (not to mention I am a huge fan of the Excelsior-Class and the subsequent refit). I have a little experience in IM/Chat based roleplaying (a Mechwarrior based one and Space Pirates based one) and look forward into learning more about how it is done here on STSF. -Cadet Josheua
