Feel free to ask around if you have any questions -- we're a very friendly bunch. :P All of us have different levels of familiarity with different aspects of Star Trek so I wouldn't worry about that at all...the acad is all about getting familiar with all of that stuff and with the game so just do what you're comfortable with and everyone'll be glad to answer questions or give you help when you need it. And as Kansas said...there's a lot of different options for types of ships after you graduate and the academy'll give you a taste of lots of different types of plots so...just have an awesome time. ;)

Ionno, just seems like there's been a *lot* more prerelease hype here than on most other movies that I can recall. It may be that I'm just paying more attention on this one though.
