  1. For the remainder to her shift Aurora worked on familiarising herself with the ships systems and collecting more data

from some complex diagnostics she had the computer run for her. She intend to look at the data and study this carefully since there was obviously something wrong. Power conduits and other systems did seem to live upto the expectations of the crew. Several systems had allready been repaired, but new problems kept comming in.

She was glad Ordan delt with them , while working the reset the systems, so she could have time to adjust the new surroundings and the hectics of beeing on a starship. Allthough Ordan was just as new on this ship as she was he did seem to have trouble to adjust at all. That impressed her.

After the shift Ordan showed her to her quarters and she thanked him with a smile, and looked around in her new quarters.. they where decorated just as she asked, and she was glad that she could relax for a moment. She decided to not take a walk around the ship as she had intended but, after she had some tomatosoup, to start going over the data she collected. She was glad the computer was able to handle the complex analasys and diagnostics she had requested, she was sincerely impressed. She admitted to herself that she could expect more from this ship and its systems than she originally thought.

Going over the results she found more of the unusual currentflows she and Ordan had worked on earlier. And she recalled that Ordan told her that he and the chief had made some changes to the system.. and that he thought that this was the cause of the current trouble. She assumed that he was right for the moment.. and continued her studies, taking notes of the weakpoints and flaws in the shipsystems.

When she was nearly done, she took a look at her list and notices how many things she had written down; a bit surprised by the number she decided to get some rest, since it was rather late, and ask the Chief what exactely he had alterd to the systems.

    Medical and Psychiatric Record

Aurora is in exelent mediacal conditions, she recoverd well

from her injuries stustained in the accident

at Starfleet Research Facility. However she suffers from

a psycological trauma due to the loss of her father.

    Background

Beeing born in a family of Researchers, she grew up within the compounds of the SRF.

when she was old enough to walk her father and mother began to prepare her for a lifetime of

science and engineering. She found good joy in looking around in her father's labs and watching the

sky and the stars with her mother. Ofcourse living on the compound, and beeing around the greatest

scientists and engineers rose her interest and helped her in her studies and made her a gifted engineer/scientist,

with a great affinity for Stellar Carthography and Energy Physics. Allthough she liked watching the stars she was

more facinated with the work of her father. So she spend most of her time studying mathematics, energy physics and

propulsion engineering, while her mother told her the interesting things about stars, wormholes, space and particle physics

At the age of 20, she was accepted at the Starfleet Research Facility

where she was able to expend her knowlegde while working with various scientist, carefully selected by her father,

and conducting research of her own. She grew into an expert at Energetic and Particle Physics

while still maintaining her interest, her mother encouraged her, for Stellar Carthography and Wormholes.

After 18 months at the Facility she was asked to teach, which she gladly did at first, but soon

she grew bored of teaching, it didn't seem to fit her. 22 months after she came to SRF,

She requested a position at USS Laguna, a small science vessel, to conduct more research and spend some time with her brother.

The SRF, seeing her potential denied her request but asked her to conduct research on Temporal displacement instead,

to determine possible applicationsusefull to Starfleet, she gladly accepted. Her parents where proud to see thier hard work

had payed off, and when she told them what she was to be working on, her mother proudly saw that they ( her parents) both had

something to contribute to her research.

In the following 18 months she put all her effort in this new research

and found a way to implement Temporal displacement in propulsion systems. But when her team was

trying to make a prototype for further testing, something went wrong. They lost control over the device

resulting in an overload and deadly radation. She barely survived as she watch most of her teammembers, including her father, die.

The SRF granted her leave of absence for medical reasons, and she was sent to Hawaii to recover from her

injuries. In the following 6 months while recovering from her injuries, she tried, through contact at SRF, to apply for

deepspace research on a starship. Starfleet granted her leave from SRF to enter Starfleet academy for training once

she was fully recovered. Finally, after another 2 months at the age of 24, she was cleared by Starfleet Medical

and entered the Academy with a fresh interest.

    Starfleet transfers and Performance record

granted PhD on Energetic and Particle Physics

chief supervisor Temporal displacement project (note, this project is classified)

transfered from Starfleet Research Facility to Starfleet academy

    -Graduated from Starfleet academy 200108.5

-promoted to ensign by : GM's Muon & Jami

-assigned to USS Reaent NCC-3345-G as Assistent Engineer 250108.2

  3. From a small home within the compounds of the Starfleet Research Facility rose the sounds of music and happy cheer of a party..as the hours went by and people started leaving the house where the music and the sounds eventually died out...

Finaly.. now i get to persue one on my greatest dreams, one i have had for some many years, it has finaly come true. she helt the PADD in her hand.. reassuring herself that it was true. The USS Reaent... USS Reaent it was really it said on the PADD. I have been never been this exited, have I? oww well... i have 2 days to pack. then i have to report for the transfer... *signs*.. only 2 days and there is so much i need to do.. so much i want to

    pack..

In the following 2 days she said goodbye to her friends and her mother at SRF, packed a few personal items, her violin, her books, science material...ect, when she started packing she realised that she couldn't bring that what was most important to her.. her family. She remember how hard it was on her mother when her borther got assigned.. but atleast he got of every couple months..she had no idea when she would be back.. finaly she decided that she should bring a picture.. so that she would have her family close.

allthough she wasn't the only one on the transferflight.. in fact there many more people on that flight.. she felt lonely and started wondering. i know it will be different from SRF.. but how different will it be? will i fit in? how will they threat me and how will i threat them?...knowing this was exactly what her mother warned her about, she decided that she would follow her advise.if you feel uneasy, do what you are used to do read..study she started reading.. and her mother was right.. while she was reading the PADD with the technical data on the Reaent, she felt calmer.. more at ease. She realised that the ship was in repaires and was receiving a refit but still it would be outdated according to her standarts, so she pulled another PADD and some books out her bag

and started to familarise herself better with the ships systems.. the engines.. nacelles.. warpcore systems.. intermix chamber.. powerdistribution and regulation.... ..

Soon she was so lost in her books looking up several things, making notes..checking the ships data with the book.. that she didn't notice the other people around her.. only this mattered..but then she realised, it was her father that thaught her the things.. this was his book.. his personal notes where there.. and she felt the pain of his passing return. she relived the last few moments she had with him.. and then started crying...

In the following days in transfer, allthough using the books and notes from her father still caused her to be sad, she set her mind to the study of the ships systems and layout.. testing herself at the end of each day she would imagine a problem some where on the ship.. and then she would, starting from MENG or somewhere else on the ship, make here way there and try to solve it..

when the announcement came that they would arive at the drydock in a couple hours.. she decided to put her books away and to read her Assignment PADD again.report as soon as you arive. and while the transfer was nearing his final stages she started looking out the windows.. catching glimpses of the Reaent.. and she was astonised by what she saw and felt proud...

she could do this.. she had her mind set to it.. she would do it, she would live her dream.

  4. Hey mestral..

welcome to the STSF, as you are allready told you can read up on some stuff

but the best place to learn how things work around here is just to be a part of it

I hope to see you around in the academy or just in the chatrooms

    Enjoy this game
