    hello i am a newbie to this but i am completely unable to access chat(gives me invalid username error), or create a character(no link to do so) i have tried using different browsers (internet explorer firefox and even netscape ugh!) but all produce the same results. there are no CLEAR (or otherwise) instructions on how to get in. is this the chat itself or something im missing? i have tried to contact the site admin but i get an error about how the SITE ADMIN disabled that feature. PLEASE HELP!
