Just wondering how long it usually takes for graduation.

Essentially I do not want to be Ensign Gamester on whatever ship i get posted on.

DS9 was the one i watched and even then i watched it on reruns. But i liked it especially the Dominion War of the Seventh Season (though i hated it when they killed Jadzia)

Since you have already started simming in the Academy, why don't you just leave your name the way it is. Once you graduate AND get posted to an advanced sim, you can get your login name and/or your display name changed. Just let me know and your new CO and XO, so they are aware of the change and don't wonder who the "new person" is. Thanks.
