Hard choice to pick all the writers have written great books on star trek-LIKE A.C.Crispin-SAREK to Diane Duane -Spocks world...even the ones that are the classic trek-Vulcans glory-D.C.Fontana,...just like saying which star trek series to you like better-TOS,TNG,VOY,DS9,ENT,<<movies>> TOS,TNG OR star trek 2009....just enjoy them<<EVEN IF you are into vulcan stories>>IDIC...ENJOY

INTERESTING-you all made good points -i think Nichelle Nichols-looked better in red then her yellow<Command > Color....also there was a problem with the uniforms they did shrink a lot-or maybe they made more red tos uniforms then the rest.Also due to the budget which was almost ZERO-in fact they had to raid the sets from mission impossible sets,trash cans,etc..the only question i have is i can,t remember what insignia uhura wore.....AND I LOVED THE uniforms from the cage,and where no man has gone before <1964,1965> but the big wings at paramount wanted to see the womens legs <1966>mini shirts...they even disliked number one <MAJEL BARRETT/MRS RODDENBERRY> as number one<the test audioance-hated a second command whio was female>

INTERESTING-THEORY by ALL.......as for the intercom system on the enterprise-it evolved as the show evolved..<Remember uhura was eye candy of the 60,s>> I LOVED HOW ZOE did Uhura in startrek 2009-she ws no dummy

all of you made good points on TNG movies-i bought neimess which was a horrable movie,first contact was ok -even though i loved the part about cochrame and meeting the vulcans...i thought all the TNG MOVIES had bad scripts,-picard love story sucked,also-trol taking command of the ship....they made riker a sap too...

TKAR LOG- Personal ...It is the first day of a new beginning.The crew is back from shore leave including me,there are changes made on the ship with crew personnel. As with my position i am working on the bridge assigned to the bridge and away teams on missions.I still report to CSEC SHAWNSEE and the CAPT. for duty...as to the new mission the crew has not been advised yet. There is another change in my life i,m bonded with a Full vulcan who is a doctor on vulcan. As things are now going with the marrage Pon farr has not started yet,i feel the link between us it is strong,its there but controlable.IN Fact i got a message from vulcan husband and baby<Saylot>are doing well on vulcan. tkar log out

I Don,t know but i still love the look of the Female commander from the original tos show -and males....i i,m not happy with the later looks of the romulans from tng and the movies even though i like there new uniforms in the rest of the series <But i,m happy with the looks of the vulcans in startrek 2009><is she from space 1999 an shape shifter?>>
