  1. Sakir managed to survive, and graduate the Friday Night Academy. Congratulations, and may the Makers have mercy his soul
  2. "Tastes like Old Spice"
  3. I'll be lurking in the Academy Friday night. Unless Hurricane Earl decides to make that a difficult proposition.
  4. Red vs Blue...even if you've never played Halo, watch it. Watch it now! (youtube and RedvsBlue.com) Its hilarious, serious, hilarious, rinse, lather, repeat.
  5. Corizon finally gets Kansas to stick her head in a melon.
  6. Spock: I shouldn't have had that cheeseburger with mayonnaise, peanut butter and onions McCoy: You want a cup of coffee? Chapel: How about a Bromo?
  7. Extreme Mobile Computing.
  8. I love 5 guys. I just wish it wasn't bloody expensive. And, yeah, the fries aren't really spectacular. Sonic, cheap great eats. Glad the closest one to me is down in Cape May, otherwise my paycheck would disappear there. But the best place I've found for burgers, is this little, tiny dive of a burger shack in Hackensack, NJ, called "White Manna". Their grilled burgers destroy White Castle's gutbusters, hands down. Expect lines out the door, almost any time, but superb burgers. And just how superb? This past May, whilst in Savannah, Ga, I met a guy at Kevin Barry's Irish Pub (another excellent eatery and public house) from Illinois on a gastronomic tour of the East Coast. And his eventual destination was Hackensack, just to eat at White Manna. That's how good the burgers there are. And on weekends I head back up to ride EMS, I will purposely divert and stop there to grab dinner. ::is currently drooling for the taste:: And, yes Virginia, the fries there are also something to right home about.
  9. Other end of the line> "You've reached Gotham City 911 (999/112); all operators are currently busy. Your wait time is...approximately...twenty...minutes." ::cue corny hold muzak:: Batman> "Blast it! Ever since Gotham implemented 911, I can never get through to the Commissioner."
  10. British PM David Cameron's statements reflect on all the Allied countries fighting in the Pacific during World War II.
  11. Nice beaver!
  12. Raquel> Not even my..."talents" can make this lousy low budget film any better.
  13. Which I have no intention of doing anytime soon. I'll give our wandering Brit until Friday.
  14. And if Images disappears again, have you a runner up?
  15. To be, or not to be: that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, Or to take arms against a sea of troubles, And by opposing end them? To die: to sleep; No more; and by a sleep to say we end The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks That flesh is heir to, 'tis a consummation Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep; To sleep: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub; For in that sleep of death what dreams may come When we have shuffled off this mortal coil, Must give us pause: there's the respect That makes calamity of so long life; For who would bear the whips and scorns of time, The oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely, The pangs of despised love, the law's delay, The insolence of office and the spurns That patient merit of the unworthy takes, When he himself might his quietus make With a bare bodkin? who would fardels bear, To grunt and sweat under a weary life, But that the dread of something after death, The undiscover'd country from whose bourn No traveller returns, puzzles the will And makes us rather bear those ills we have Than fly to others that we know not of? Thus conscience does make cowards of us all; And thus the native hue of resolution Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought, And enterprises of great pith and moment With this regard their currents turn awry, And lose the name of action. - Soft you now! The fair Ophelia! Nymph, in thy orisons Be all my sins remember'd.
  16. Dude...this mountain's pure snow. Do you have any idea what the street value of this is?
  17. Tell him about the twinkie.
  18. That's rather typical. The network provider jacks up their rates, the cable provider doesn't want to pay the new fees, and they both commence a propaganda war to make the other cave in, taking the channel to dead air until its resolved. Why there isn't a Cable/Satellite Provider NGO out there to monitor and arbitrate these disputes, as they become more prevalent is beyond me.
  19. Someone's knight in shining armour is sometimes just an overweight fool in duct tape.
  20. Damn it, I just want to get back to my 6 pack of crullers. Stupid kids and games.
  21. Compared to me, girl, the Marquis de Sade is an amateur
  22. And the winner is T'Aral for the notably semi-obscure superhero reference (::cough, cough:: Ghost Rider ::cough, hack::P, while Hansel gets runner up for poking fun at the Lambo Diablo.
  23. Have at it.
  24. Happy Birthday, Sis! May it be a great one. And remember, you're getting better, not old.
  25. Facehugger (off screen) > ::hisses, pulls out a straw hat and cane:: Hello, my baby! Hello, my honey! Hello, my ragtime gal! Send me a kiss by wire. Baby, my heart's on fire! If you refuse me, Honey, you loose me. Then you'll be left alone. Oh baby, telephone And tell me I'm Your own! ::exits, stage right:: What the @#^$# was that? I have no idea...sure wasn't a space herpe
