  1. Oh boy... another Farron log. =/\=BEGIN LOG=/\= Farron didn't really know what the heck was going on. She had her coffee in her hand at one point, and then all of a sudden, it was all over her outfit. Obviously, the Manticore had been fired at. But weren't we cloaked? She glanced up at the flashing "Red Alert" light. The Manticore had been hit several times - she had also heard the Manticore return fire, but only once. It seemed clear that something wasn't working right. Perhaps it was the Admiral's entire plan.... hum. One moving biobed was already broken. It rolled away from Christie and smashed into a wall, falling to the ground after the Manticore was hit the first time. She tapped a few buttons, but she really didn't know what she was doing. But, she does know it's broken somehow. It no longer floats. Obviously problems are taking place. Christie is happy that she doesn't know what's going on. She knows the Manticore is being attached - there is no doubt about that. But, she is a worrysome person. Refusing to go near any window in Sickbay, she sits down on the biobed and does the only thing she can do: Wait. =/\=END LOG=/\=
  2. :: reserves judgement until Manticore crew logs in :: Urm... I voted for Blu. :D Oh come now, did anyone ever expect Atragon to win? He's the forum leader; many want him to lose! (Not that I wouldn't be surprised if he won.... but Blu is ah, cool!:D )
  3. HAPPY BIRTHDAY POWREAL!
  4. Oooouuuu - you never suspected this! =/\= BEGIN =/\= While sitting in her quarters for a few minutes during a break from Medical duties, Christie began thinking about what her life was as a child. Of course, she was moved around constantly, eventually settling with nice adopted parents, but the thought of when their deaths occurred suddenly caused Christie to stop and think. Dealing with the Holopatient in Sickbay, Christie remembered encounters as a child with aliens that had emplants, and tried to make everyone just like them. She thought some more. Christie knew that the culprits were not the Borg, as many suspected. Or at least, not the regular Borg. These alien creatures were alive, but never said anything. They appeared to keep in contact with each other through the use of their minds. Perhaps this was a reason she opposed the brain operations going on now. Of course she opposed them - she killed the holopatient intentionally. She was almost certain the holopatient would die on it's own, but she did not want to take chances, and didn't do things a proper physician should do. For one, the skull and tissue were not oxydized, nor were they properly cleaned before the surgery. Christie suspected, or rather hoped, that the counselor would not notice Christie's lack of proper health care to the holopatient. Luckily, it appears that she didn't. Christie also asked the counselor to get a hypo, which was not necissarily needed (but could be used for a patient's resting purposes) so that she could make a small incision into the holopatient's brain without the conselor seeing. The holopatient was forced to die, and Christie killed it. But, the holopatient wasn't real. If the time comes that she must operate on real people, she will take proper measures. It is not the first time Farron has deliberately killed holopatients to influence a commanding officer's decision to continue research on something. Often, it worked. But, Christie had never had anyone die under her care. 34 holopatients to date, but never a real human. She plans to keep the number of real humans the same..... as with the holopatients, unless one is needed to [virtually] die. =/\= END =/\= More to come later.... probably in the next log. Why is Christie so against this? You'll find out!
  5. Happy birthday, Laura!
  6. Happy birthday, Captain! Getting old, ah? ;)
  7. LCARS Database Starfleet Service Records BEGIN Lieutenant Commander Christina Farron Chief Science Officer U.S.S. Manticore NCC-5852 Commanding Officer: Admiral Atragon-9 Executive Officer: Captain Sovak BASIC STARFLEET INFORMATION Name [Given]: Mor Rem Name [to date]: Christina Farron Gender: Female Age: Twenty-six (26) Species: Bajoran Height: 5 feet 4 inches Weight: 112 lbs. Hair Color: Black Eye Color: Brown Skin Color: White/Humanoid Place of Birth: City of Bana, Planet Bajor STARFLEET SERVICE INFORMATION Rank: Lieutenant Commander Position: Chief Science Officer Assignment: U.S.S. Manticore NCC-5852 STARFLEET TRAINING INFORMATION Mor Rem, member of the Bajoran Space Academy, was sent to Earth under a cooperative agreement between two worlds: Bajor and Earth. The agreement was set to where Rem could attend the United Federation of Planet’s Starfleet Academy, and upon graduation, be placed on board a Federation ship. The agreement was passed, and Christina Farron, newly renamed for strategic and operation purposes, was transferred to San Francisco, Earth to begin Starfleet Academy. Farron, for reasons withheld from the Bajor government, was sent to the Bajoran Space Academy for discipline reasons. She was often unable to follow orders, and showed signs of hatred to some members of the class. However, Federation professors have stated that, through Farron’s training at the Starfleet Academy, this discipline problem has been resolved. Never knowing whom her parents were, she was sent to adopted Human parents at the Federation Colony 2437. Although a Federation colony, 2437 was vastly populated with the Bajoran species. She was raised in good faith, but soon learned new religions, and strayed from her own. Farron refused to wear earrings, a sign of the Bajor religion, displaying her heritage. She would not worship in the Bajoran rituals, and did not pronounce the Death Chant when her adopted parents were killed in an attack. She does not display her name in a “last name”, “first name” basis, denying the Bajoran naming customs. Although appearing Bajoran, Farron has taken on human ways of life, and often acts in a slight smart aleck behavior. After the attack on 2437, which the Federation still does not know who the culprit behind the attack was, Christina, and her brother (who was not adopted) left on their own paths. Farron, wanting to explore space in some type of Special Operations brigade, went to Bajor to study. Her brother, whose name has been withheld by the Federation, went to Starfleet, and began a career in the Federation. Although Farron’s brother has transferred to a different ship as of now, the last family information given to her states that her brother is an Engineer on the starship U.S.S. Kearsarge. From the Bajor Space Academy, Farron began to get into massive amounts of trouble. She often caused unrest, and was believed to have caused several problems in the Academy, but was unable to be proven. The Bajoran Space Academy stated that she would be a prime candidate for the Cooperative Exchange program between Bajor and the Federation. The Federation believes that the Bajor Space Academy signed Farron up for this program as an assured way to end the chaos Farron was causing. Christina Farron was sent to the Federation Starfleet Academy as a first-year Cadet, and received one outstanding and several good markings in the Medical field. Now behaving correctly, Farron has ended her Bajor past, and has begun a “new” life as a Federation doctor, and has ended her Bajoran customs. Farron is now a member of the Black Operations, and has been told to disclose of any information of where she came from. Files and reports deleted, Farron no longer exists on paper. Her existence in the Bajor region has long-sense been forgotten, with her name change making her even more difficult to track down by someone on Bajor. Her name was changed to Christina Farron for the name to sound Human, to keep someone searching for the Bajoran woman even more difficult to find. Farron has used her name since the age of 11, when she was adopted and sent to Outpost 2437. For the past 4 years, true identity unknown, Christina Farron has been participating in Federation Black Operation objectives. 8. Because you're not in the poll. Ha!
  9. Actually, I have a few usernames here and a few at the Star Trek website for their community. As HD mentioned, I play on multiple sims, and don't want to get people thinking I am trying to be my original character on my new posting. So, that's my excuse for having more than one name. ;)
