SD 0510.2015 - No Sim (Mother's Day) SD 0517.2015 - No Sim SD 0524.2015 - No Sim (Memorial Day) SD 0531.2015 After escaping the main Scorpiad station just before it fell apart, the crew has taken refuge in the undamaged ship hatchery in hopes of repairing their own ship or finding another that could get them home. Tandaris has been injured, but is still conscious, if someone muddle-headed. Also, the station's AI program may or may not have (but probably did) send out a signal to any nearby Scorpiad vessels to inform them of the AT's intrusion.
  10. SD 0503.2015 Due to a combination of factors, most of which can be blamed on Tandaris, the actual station part of the shipyard has been destroyed. The crew managed to escape, but the shuttle took heavy damage -- again due to Tandaris, who took a bump on the head. They have sought refuge on the seemingly undamaged hatchery section of the station. They are alive, no thanks to Tandaris. Are you seeing a theme?

  18. 2015 Mission Briefings (thus far) SD 0104.2015 The away team has encountered a small, tiny little problem -- well several of them really. Mine fields are, apparently, not so easy to just sail through. We pick up with a slightly damaged kitty and shuttle. SD 0111.2015 The Excalibur has escaped near death in the mine field. They have momentarily escaped to a small derelict, but the actual ship yards still loom ahead. SD 0118.2015 **NIGHTMARE MODE IS IN EFFECT** Last week, a smaller group from the AT beamed over to the derelict to see if they could gather any information on the shipyards while Kitty and Goldshirt held down the fort. Greg is watching the inflight safety movie, Mines and Me. SD 0208.2015 ***NIGHTMARE MODE x 3 is in effect*** The away team is exploring the unusual derelict at the edge of the shipyard system looking for more information on the shipyard defenses, while Kitty and Security Goon try to find out more from the Vauban. SD 0215.2015 **NIGHTMARE MODE IS ACTIVE** When we last left off a Cardassian vole meant for Greg's belly got lose in the Vauban, wrecking havoc. Meanwhile, the AT decide to ditch the station, which is crawling with giant spiders and Boom-boom has been exposed to some sort of whacky fungus. Will the transporter work, though, is the question. SD 0222.2015 **NIGHTMARE MODE IS ACTIVE** The situation on the Vauban has stabilized, relatively speaking. The vole has been contained, Kitty isn't fried, and Ithene and Boom-boom are in each other's respective bodies. No big deal, there. Meanwhile, Admiran is finishing assessing the damage before heading towards the primary structure in the shipyard. SD 0301.2015 The Vauban crew has managed to catch enough of a break for some much needed rest before heading towards the Command and Control center. It's been a few hours and though nerves are frays, a nap always helps, right? We pick up with the shuttle on approach. SD 0308.2015 The Vauban crew has arrived at a Scorpiad Command and Control center, and the shuttle has just docked with the station. The crew is geared up and ready to disembark. Their immediate mission is to find an area where their Scorpiad 'guest' might be beamed aboard the station. With luck, Scorpiad Greg might be able to lead them to areas where they can collect valuable intel. SD 0315.2015 *NIGHTMARE MODE IS ACTIVE* The Vauban team is exploring the command center, hoping to find valuable intel about the shipyard and more over the Scorpiads. SD 0322.2015 Vauban's crew has started bringing systems online in the Scorpiad shipyard's command and control center. Ithene ('s cardboard cutout) and William "Boom-boom" Chocox are testing the station's transporter systems so that we can bring Greg aboard. SD 0329.2015 The Vauban crew is preparing to beam over Greg. Hopefully this ends well.
  19. 2014 Mission Briefings (pertaining to our venture into Scorpiad space) SD 1026.2014 Excalibur has returned to Camelot off screen and the crew has been given a few days of leave before being recalled. Rumors are thicker than a Mutara-class nebula that a new engineer has been assigned and will be arriving today, while even more rumors are circulating that Excalibur will be given new orders, soon. SD 1102.2014 Excalibur has gotten its official orders -- they will be transporting a Federation mediator to a planet in Scorpiad space where they are opening peace talks to end the two year long rebellion by the Al-Ucard and Eratians. Meanwhile, Commander Tandaris Admiran has returned as Chief of Engineer and has set about prepping one of the cargo bays for our VIP. SD 1109.2014 Excalibur has gotten underway to deliver Captain Corizon to talks between the Scorpiad, Al-Ucard and Eratian governments in hopes of ending their two year-long war. Engineering has been hard at work on modifying one of the cargo bays to a particular set of environmental requirements for seemingly unknown purposes. SD 1116.2014 The Excalibur is continuing on their mission to deliver Captain Not Seen In this Episode to negotiations to end the civil war between the Al-Ucard, Eratians and their former masters the Scorpiads. A cargobay has been being converted to a specific set of specifications for yet unknown purposes. Though rumors abound, Captain Swain has been tight lipped. SD 1123.2014 Excalibur has taken aboard a Scorpiad. They have diverted from their original course and have headed for a nearby nebula. Swain has ordered radio silence and all recorders to be turned off. He has called a senior staff meeting (that's you) which is about to start. SD 1130.2014 So when we last left off, Swain had dismissed the team after briefing them on their new assignment, a dangerous recon mission to a derelict Scorpiad ship hatchery to be led by Commander Admiran. The Excalibur will only be able to provide minimal back up as they will be at peace talks between the Scorps, Blood suckers and lifeforce suckers. The team is meeting in the cargo bay with Greg, the Scorpiad Mission Specialist who is coming along and Commander Admiran for more information on their mission. SD 1207.2014 The Excalibur away team is readying to launch on what will surely be a fun, safe, and totally not dangerous mission to recon an "abandoned" Scorpiad hatchery with minimal support from the Excalibur and a possibly, almost certainly house-trained Scorpiad friendo. Oh, and did I mention that this is NIGHTMARE MODE? Peril Cards have a 50/50 chance of working and all rolls get a -1 modifier. SD 1214.2014 The Excalibur away team has launched in the shuttle Vauban and is en route to an "abandoned" Scorpiad ship hatchery on an intel-gathering mission. With Excalibur away on its own mission, the Vauban is left to face any number of dangers alone, though they were given the gift of a Scorpiad guide who might be able to help them keep out of trouble.

  23. USS Excalibur - Mission Brief - 081714: While investigating the market on the planet Eok in search of information about space pirates, Excalibur's away team has made several interesting developments. K'hal and Chocox have uncovered possible sources for the pirate's technology, while Messner and Dubois had a dangerous encounter with an unsavory character, but managed to recover a data file that might offer more leads. Chief of Science, Lt. Cmdr. Ithene Vallorn made some dangerous discoveries of her own, which may have led to her sudden abduction. We begin with the team just realizing that their science officer is missing, having left behind her tricorder and communication badge, and without any real clue as to where she has been taken.
