  1. 'Battlestar' goes on, Sci Fi says

Sci Fi Channel has not decided to end "Battlestar Galactica" after its upcoming fourth season, despite comments made to the contrary by some of its cast members at the Saturn Awards last week. "Battlestar" star Edward James Olmos was quoted saying the next batch of episodes were definitely the last ones, but Sci Fi released a statement Friday from executive producer David Eick. "For those of you have been paying attention over the years, this is not the first time Eddie has made an announcement about the possibility of the show's end," Eick said. "I promise you that when [executive producer]Ron [Moore] and I make a decision about 'Galactica's' future, we'll let you know."

It might have been a false alarm folks.

Pork chops, pork cutlet, Sweet and Sour Pork, Katsudon, Pork Fired Rice, baby back ribs... ::naming all sorts of things to cook out of pork::

    Pork. The other white meat.

OK, I have a funny story about baby back ribs.

A couple weekends ago I was having dinner with some colleagues. One of them, because of my small frame, bet me that I couldn't eat a full plate of baby back ribs. Just to show him up I ordered an extra half rack and was still hungry.

Note: If you are going to dinner with a bunch of people, be the guy who eats like a pig, not the guy who just gets a salad. When they divide the bill you end up getting most of your food paid for by everyone else. :)

  3. Indeed! If computer folks can get their hands on software that enables them to design products that can be created right in a persons home, made entirely of plastic, I couldn't imagine the creative products that might become available.

I can, but I would be banned from the forum for sure if I said what everyone is probably thinking anyway.
