  1. Humor the diplomats?
  2. Hey, I just stand in attention and look stupid. 'Course, if you run around trying to kill or otherwise harm someone, then I might use the phaser.
  3. Actually, at one point in time Carst felt like throwing the diplomats in the brig too...
  4. It's funny though. We could throw the Admiral in the brig for some of the same reasons he threw the crew in...
  5. Ignore this...
  6. Why do they always mock the ones who are armed?
  7. I thought he was welded on that pipe...
  8. Nope, they only get a choice of one... Personally, I'd take the leech, then you get a pet to go with your visit to sickbay.
  9. I would like "Krazy Karst" please. Thanks.
  10. Philip Carst stood in sickbay, confused. He had just returned from a much needed rest in Drankum's bar. Most of the morning had been crazy since the attack on Captain Ayers, which was bad enough, but then everything went straight to hell. The fatigue was starting to get to him, and he had trouble trying to not walk around in a stupor. He was guarding the Rixian, the one who attacked the captain, when Ronin Shephard walked into sickbay. Carst hadn't known it at the time, but he was there to escort the station's XO to her quarters. It was then that Carst received orders to escort a half a dozen grumpy Gorn to sickbay, apologizing the whole time. That was odd. But he went and did what he was told, however odd those orders were. This was Starfleet. One does not question orders, but obey. And obey he did. He escorted the Gorn to sickbay, then back to their ship. He returned to sickbay to see that Shephard was arguing with the XO, apparently to be taken to her quarters. That was odd too. And disturbing. With the captain incapacitated and the commander gone, one of the few left to run the station was the Admiral. An Admiral that so far, Carst had seen him do nothing except run around asking questions, and smiling at diplomats. Shephard came back to sickbay to relieve him, but quickly left with orders from Commander Quark. Carst couldn't help but notice shouting coming from the background on Ronin's commbadge. Again, very odd. His musings were interrupted suddenly by a voice coming from behind him. It was the Rixian. He quickly informed Commander Quark. Actually, he informed her twice, having not had an answer the first time. He received his orders, which were "Get up here, now". Carst blinked the fatigue from his eyes, not knowing where exactly "here" was. "Computer," he said. "Locate Commander Quark." The computer informed him she was outside Commander Hawke's quarters. He frowned, and thought about mentioning that if he left, no one would be guarding the Rixian except the doctors. But after informing the doctors not to get too close to the Rixian, Carst left sickbay and headed for the turbo lift. After all, he was not to question orders, but obey. However odd those orders were.
  11. I usually just prescribe Band-Aids and leeches when I'm in medical.
  12. Hehe, after looking at that we won't be able to see anything...Much less uniforms.
  13. And this not really being a real ship... Fun game though.
  14. Original Enterprise was the best. 'nuff said.
  15. Memory-Alpha Go there if you ever come across a term you don't know. Another way is to ask people in the sim, because most should be happy to answer.
  16. Nope, I haven't had any beers, and I was laughing like crazy.
  17. Mine says "Mozilla Firefox"...
  18. I don't get it either...
  19. ::cough, cough:: Kansas, should we lynch him? Figurativly speaking, of course... Some of us are quite fond of TOS, and don't fit your description. By "us" you assume that a vast majority agree with you, which I'm sure they do, but you're speaking for a lot of people. Personally I found the original movies hugely more entertaining than most of the TNG movies (becuase there's only a couple of TNG movies I really liked at all). I'm not saying I have high hopes for this movie, but I am saying some people like TOS and are looking forward to this movie, regardless of what TNG regulars think. Nemesis was a flop, and the only TNG movie people talk about is First Contact. While I don't have high hopes for this movie, I don't think that it's a bad idea.
  20. I think it would look better with a nice big red S on the front, instead of the yellow communicator...
  21. Chocolate covered, custard filled longjohn...
  22. Bleah, I don't like the look of these boards at all... To bright and organized...
  23. Well, after reading the title I was going to say STSF.com... But in regards to positions, in the academies I'll do any post, but I enjoy security the most. Mostly becuase it lacks technobabble.
  24. We did not need to see that...
  25. Finn! I read the title and thought it was being cancelled for good...gave me a heart attack...
