  1. Thats cause he was pressing the buttons in tune with the song :)
  2. Can I get mine changed to: Bow to the mighty Chubacabra
  3. If it was a 't' it be a Romulan plant, and those are probably just as nasty as some Romulans
  4. Hes got a point :P
  5. That might of worked. Probably 3rd highest mark inclass lol
  6. Although there have been reports of some deaths in the academy, its best to prepare some funeral services incase you do die. Luckly once you graduate and move onto an advanced sim, the worst is over. The chances of death are high in certain situations, but allmost everyone ends up surviving. But thats only if Academy sims are off your menu =P
  7. "We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile." - The best Borg Quote of all that have been said. "Jean-Luc! It's so good to see you again. How about a big hug?" -- Q (Qpid) "You're dead, this is the afterlife -- and I'm God" -- Q (Tapestry) "Five card stud, nothing wild. And the sky's the limit" -- Picard, uttering the last line of the TV series (All Good Things...)
  8. Ok forget what Philip and Eagle say for what advanced sims to join, CHALLENGER is the way to go. Not only is there no prime directive, the fact currently our people are dressed up as Orion females (well basically everyone) makes it so fun.
  9. Watched the movie marrathon on Space on Friday, and liked all the origonals except TMP, III, and V. The Motion Picture was cheesey IMO, Search for Spock bored me to death, and how he managed to get on that rock of a planet in II was just stupid. I never understood any of The Undiscovered Country untill the end of it. The Wrath of Khan was awsome, battles were well done. The Return Home was hilarious, and the fact they had to break the Prime Directive (although it was never mentioned specifcially) just made Kirk look soo much better, except he sucked trying to "impress" whats-her-face.
  10. I had no insight on any posts, therefor I do not post
  11. Probably ridged is my guess.

  13. "That Tingly Feeling" March 27, 2156 Ensign Kyle Sisson -------------------------- "What are the chances “supernatural” beings exist in the universe?" This is something Kyle thought not very likely. But the fact on one day being called to deliver a certain Globe to the Captain this has all changed. Walking into the Captain’s quarters made Kyle a little nervous, and seeing the glowing globe made him think it would contain some strange special force inside. Upon taking it and heading to sickbay he started to tingle a bit, but thought something strange was happening. Soon enough, particles were emanating from his mouth, taking the form of a woman. After listening to a conversation with the woman, his Commander, and fellow security officer, Kyle thought he was going a little crazy. Not something he would of imagined could happen on a starship. A week passed and some “after-effects” from his experienced remained. Every once in a while Sisson would feel that same tingly feeling and start to wonder if that woman had really left his body. Trying to suppress this memory, although he could never really achieve the same level as a Vulcan, he did his best to forget. On the bridge, on guard duty for the staff meeting, Sean Xiang, a new friend to Sisson, just happened to mention his experience. Although he was a little eager to tell what happened, he calmly stated “Id rather not talk about it.” And hasn’t been bothered since.
  14. Ah, but i suggested you early on for Hammond in SG-1, you or NDak , so your not safe at all
  15. It is not a good thing, but i feel it a good thing to prevent you from saying it ;)
  16. Hello, and welcome to our humble group of trekkies (among other things) Kansas, before you go on your post about the "you-know-what" im gonna beat you to the punchline. So here (word for word too lol): Only thing you need to watch out for is the T'Venus SFly'Trap - it was brought here by the Rihannsu and placed in the Lobby - it snaps. Check out the Moose Tips, Help, and Rules sections. Once you do venture into an academy, the GM's and fellow players are great helpers. And you have fun at the same time, so it's all good. And don't believe all these crazy rumors about cadets getting killed by the GM's in the acad...**AHHHHHHHH** **MRRPHHHHH** !!! <ACTION> Sisson is attacked by the T'Venus SFy'Trap Happy Simming! (Note this has never actually happened to me yet, but it can, so expect the unexpected attacks from it hehe)
  17. If I get on and nobody is on with me, I just tend to leave and do other stuff...
  18. I have somewhat of a similar, yet different problem. Im on Challenger, and the time for me is REALLY hard to attend every week since the next day I start school for the week. 11pm - 12am is a really hard time frame for me to fit in especially when my parents don't even agree I should stay up this late. Although ive only attended 1 Challenger sim so far, I really enjoyed it and I'm not sure what exactly i should do. Laarel suggested join Excalibur, since it can better fit my time for Sunday's but I need some help with what I can do. Moore, I probably should of emailed you, but I saw this post and decided to make my message here.
  19. Don't sigh Elgor, her forgetting is a good thing. The less people know, the more we can expect unexpected deaths from it. ONTOPIC: Welcome to STSF, don't forget to have fun, (Or the consequencess will be dire ^_^)
  20. And my friends think Im very mature....

  22. Make it the three of us lol. I personally enjoyed Enterprise. I mean the show in general sucked, but some of the stuff was pretty intresting to see.
  23. I just found a website that might help you out, Go HERE Find the major city you live closest too, and look at the time in Toronto then figure the difference. Since the sim times are in EST, and you live in the UK, you might have to stay up pretty late to even attend a 9:00 sim.
  24. Oh god, how could I forget you! Im soo stupid lol.
  25. which is exactly how I feel too. The #1 reason i never choose Engineering or Science OR Medical. To much technoblabble or medicalblabble lol
