  1. lol.. Americans. :P Actually I think there's Timmy's in all of the border States to Canada. There's quite a few Tim Horton's in Upstate New York too, as well as West Virginia, but that state's pratically part of Canada anyways. :P
  2. You got it, Amnor. :P Actually speaking of which, for Canada, Tim Horton's is the equivilient to Starbucks in terms of locations. They're everywhere. One is about a two minute walk from my place, but there's like at least one Timmy's in like every block, plaza and shopping mall of Toronto.
  3. Another friendly reminder: Try to keep it on topic, and innoffensive to others, or you may find it closed. Thanks ;)
  4. Yes, I'm fine.. I just like Timmy's, lol.
  5. Timmy's is t3h rOx0rs!!!111 :P
  6. TNG, the one that started my Startrek fandom.
  7. Fixed. My favourite is Picard, he's the man.
  8. Heh.. I've been lurking around STSF before I joined it too. My first academy was on 03 May, 2003 with Blu and KBear, back when we were still using Startrek.com's chatrooms. But, I found out about STSF in March, and lurked around for two months, mainly because my computer at the time couldn't support Star Trek's Java chatrooms. I graduated four sims later on 12 May, 2003 (by Blu and KBear), joining the Republic, Hood and Arcadia the following week (19 May, 20 May and 21 May respectively. At that time, you could still join as many sims as you wanted, after you graduate, and not just one sim like today). For my first anniversary of graduating, I joined the Talon, seven months later, the Challenger, on her maiden voyage. Over the next year, I joined the Raeant, and on 14 October, I passed my GM training and became a GM.
  9. Closest one I'm aware of is probably a five minute drive (10-15 minute walk) away from me.
  10. Aww, that sucks. I can't even zoom in to my home. Apparently, the satellites can't see that far North of the 49th. Oh well, looks like my identity is safe from whomever surf's here.
  11. Definately, eh? Especially when the radio stations switch to christmas music non-stop. Its fine for a few days, but after a few weeks, it gets annoying. The stations here started in November, and one of my favourites switches to Chriostmas music non-stop, re-using their songs from previous years. Yeah, that gets annoying. :P ::Sober rant off B) ::
  12. Anyways kids, let's get back on topic here.
  13. Yes, and seeing as how this topic has drifted so far off topic, it's closed, now.
  14. No,they were right. That was me posting drunk after coming home from a Christmas Party. lol.
  15. Song Sung Blue ( Neil Diamond ) Song sung blue Everybody knows one Song sung blue Every garden grows one Me and you are subject to the blues now and then But when you take the blues and make a song You sing them out again Sing them out again Song sung blue Weeping like a willow Song sung blue Sleeping on my pillow Funny thing, but you can sing it with a cry in your voice And before you know, start to feeling good You simply got no choice [break] Me and you are subject to the blues now and then But when you take the blues and make a song You sing them out again Song sung blue Everybody knows one Song sung blue Every garden grows one Funny thing, but you can sing it with a cry in your voice And before you know, start to feeling good
  16. 12 days of christmas by anyone ios also anntgoyting to mee abut I like i like the song "Let there be peace on Earth", I forget who it was by. I used to have to sing that for Rememberance day, but have listeened to it on myu raddio. I al;so like traditional choral songs like "O Holy Night", that "Gloria, inexcelses deo" song and such. I also do not like the "little drummer boy song" as well. It vcan get abnboyinhg too.
  17. No, alot of people here live in Texas. So your new custom title request is kind of inaccurate. :P
  18. Ouch. :P Poor Blu, that sux. Hope you get well soon, eh? B)
  19. Hmm, with all the bugs the 360 is getting, I'd probably wait for the PS-3 to come out. Love the Ps-1 and 2, so I do think that the 3 is gonna kick some serious video gaming butt. B)
  20. From the Simpsons, "Marge vs. the Monorail" Quimby: And now, I'd like to turn things over to our Grand Marshall, Mr. Leonard Nimoy. Nimoy: I'd say this vessel could do at least Warp Five. [appreciative laughter from the crowd] Quimby: And let me say, ``May the Force Be With You!'' Nimoy: [annoyed] Do you even know who I am? Quimby: [indignant] I think I do. Weren't you one of the Little Rascals?
  21. Another thing would be to find someone unbiased enough to offiate the contest (if it is member run). Gotta make sure they're just not tipping odds in the favours of their friends or crewmates or even themselves. And as Garn said, finding someone to officiate the contest and read all those logs weekly would be hard, especially for a GM who has a million and one more important things to do in the site and off.
  22. Heh, spoken like a true GM. B) ::lifts up his wine glass:: Cheers
  23. Heh, welcome to the nut house, Amnor!
  24. Undiscovered Country and Wrath of Kahn are my favourites. I detest Nemesis, and the Motion Picture.
  25. Hey! Welcome to STSF! Ahh, do be sure to read the Tips from the Moose, the help section and Schedule section to help familiarise yourself on how we play, and htips to graduate and when the acads take place. Goodluck in your STSF career, and hope to see you around.
