Not taking into account the religious significance of shrimp tails on less-advanced planets, galectic chefs leave the tails on for two time-worn reasons: 1) It makes the shrimp appear larger, therefore making the restaraunt seem more generous. 2) It alerts those with shellfish allergies that they should stay away from the small, good-tasting unidentifiable white stuff. Always serve crisp white wine with shrimp dishes. My favorite is Soave Bolia. It's a good thing. M'Rtas
