Name: Reidun Seversen Age: tba Race: Human, Female Hair: Blonde, short Eyes: Green Height: 5’6” Parents: Fredrick Brigit Siblings: three older brothers, no sisters Seiver Carson Ralph Background Reidun was born on a colony on earth’s moon. She attended the local elementary school. At school she ran into some problems with two of her classmates and with out her parents knowledge had her brother Ralph attempt to teach her how to defend herself. Shortly after that happened she was expelled from the school a few times for getting into several fights over the next few years. Upon reaching grade seven her parents had decided to send her to a military based boarding school that her oldest brother Seiver was attending. Seiver was there for his interest in joining Starfleet; however Reidun was there because her parents felt she needed to be in an environment where she could learn to handle situations without fighting. The first few months at the new school she found herself at odds with the instructors. After having a disagreement in the gym class with a fellow student the gym instructor had insisted on her joining the Anbo-jytsu team in hopes that it would teach her discipline since getting her not to fight wasn’t working. Being a resistant participant at first Reidun found that she enjoyed the challenge of going only on sound. Taking two months to catch onto the sport was all she needed to get hooked on it. Eventually as the year continued her amount of time spent getting into trouble diminished. When Reidun was about three years before graduation she began to show an interest in velocity because of the quick thinking and quick reactions it required. Still part of the Anbo-jytsu team she started to play velocity in her free time. In her last year at the boarding school she had attended a big velocity tournament on earth, at which she finished in 8th for her age division out of over a hundred competitors. While at the competition she had started to talk to a Starfleet officer that was also competing and had manage to arrange a tour Starfleet academy. As soon as she got back from the tournament she had applied to Starfleet. She got accepted a year after she graduated from the boarding school. In her first year at the academy due to her ability to aim a phaser quickly, from her velocity experience, and her likes for a good fight she chose to pursue a career with Starfleet marines.
