  1. Karo wins!
  2. W00t! Thanks Images. Here we go:
  3. It's a text from Genghis; he wants to go clubbing at Hack N Slash tonight.
  4. 08.11.10 to 08.25.10 It never rains, but it pours...everyone have an umbrella? Good. The explosion impact that rattled the Alliance appears to have been a photon torpedo; the Agincourt crew was blamed for the incident, and away teams (Engineering and Medical) assisting with repairs and medical on the Alliance were arrested. Their release was negotiated, though now the 'Court has many Romulan 'observers' overseeing the day to day operations on the Federation ship as the incident is continually investigated. Scans taken from the time of the incident/actual impact are also showing a spike in subspace activity, and subspace vacuole theories are being discussed among the scrambling Starfleet officers.
  5. 08.11.10 to 08.25.10 Chat Logs. The Rihans are still having major issues with their new warp capable toy. chatlog2010_8_11_.txt chatlog2010_8_18_.txt chatlog2010_8_25_.txt
  6. 08.04.10 Agincourt Mission Update TBS: 20 minutes The situation is still critical regarding the test trial explosion that rocked the Alliance. Agincourt Engineering (Kairi, Murray, Karrigan) and Medical (Trenral, NPC Vaughn) away teams were unleashed to assist and help with the damage and injuries. Engineering teams find that Dheno -- Security -- officers from the Rihan contingent are already investigating the starboard area where the explosion occured; Trenral deals with several ciritical injury cases included ch'Maelic, the CENG of the Alliance. Bridge officers on duty (Harper, Tay, Caine) coordinate and track efforts among the teams as best they can; Security Officers (Caine, Taelya) coordinate NPC SECs where needed. The Marines (JoNs, Karo, Hefner) check out some non-classified Alliance specs in the NNC holodeck; traditional (Engineering, AUX Control) and non-traditional (Bridge, Medical, Security) entry point efforts are discussed in case a combat breach/situation against the Alliance would be necessary for whatever reason. Special thanks to Rihan guest stars NDak and Laehval tTemarr, who are playing most of the Rihan crew's senior officers during this adventure.
  7. ...okay, I'm slightly disturbed by this image... Packing Tape Man (or, the Michelin Man tryouts just did not go well), to the rescue! The local UPS store is short on supplies! Eee Gads! I'm off to save the day!
  8. The Agincourt is escorting a Romulan vessel on its shakedown cruise. The engineers who were touring were just sent back to Agincourt since the Romulans needed to conduct some tests -- that, and their ability to smile nicely at Federation people was fading -- and we are now flying tandem with the Alliance while it prepares for speed trials. CourtChat10_7_28_.txt
  9. 07.21.10 - No Sim 07.28.10 Agincourt Mission Update: TBS: 10 Minutes The test trials continue as the joint Rihan/Federation Alliance is put through her paces by Rihan ships master Eveik and his engineering team and ships staff. The USS Agincourt continues her monitoring duties and joint support assignment with regard to the newborn ship. The trials seem to be going well, with some showing off as the Alliance hits 9.99, and the Agincourt maintaining a shadow speed of 9.98. Problems literally blow over the testing when a massive explosion ripples across the Alliance during the time/warp trial; the shiny new ship drops out of warp like a rock and the starboard side is severely crippled as a result of the boom-age. The ‘Court offers aid to the crippled ship, and said aid is accepted by ships master Eveik; the damaged vessel is tractored in a protective tether beam launched by the Starfleet ship, and our engineering and medical teams are mobilized. Currently, the crews are unaware if the Alliance explosion was external, such as a covert attack, or internal, such as a problem with the AQS singularity field.
  10. MISSION BRIEFING> An engineering team aboard the RES Alliance is getting the grand tour of its bells and whistles. CourtChat10_7_14.txt
  11. 07.07.10 to 07.14.10 Agincourt Mission Update 07.07.10 TBS: 3 Hours 07.14.10 TBS: 30 to 45 minutes An away team consisting of Mattingly (NPC), Karo, JoNs, Taelya, Murray, and Kairi beamed over to the Alliance in order to partake in a tour of the joint Federation-Romulan vessel. There were some inter-species tensions, but the touring officers as well as their hosts behaved themselves for the most part. The Alliance is, how shall we say, completely blinged out with all the current technological toys. An AQS warp drive system, state of the art Medical and EMH capability, a bridge that offers a full 360 tactical view. Meanwhile, the line officers who remained on the Agincourt minded the bridge as well as the Marine NNC operations. Per Colonel Harper: Next Sim, the away team has arrived back on board the 'Court, while the Alliance prepares for speed tests.
  12. The Agincourt is accompanying the RES Alliance on its shakedown cruise, as a matter of interstellar diplomacy, and in the interests of not developing a two-front war. The Alliance has invited some of the Court's engineers over for the grand tour. CourtChat10_7_7.txt
  13. Ahhhhh! Ahhhh! Billy Joel is in my head now!
  14. w0oT! w0oT! Never thought we'd be sitting next to Captain Starbuck and Admiral Husker from the Galactica at the bar island table, watching a world cup match on the big screen TV. *Right* next to them. And Lt. Reed was obviously admiring the tactical aspect of the soccer match. And, let's not forget the Colonial Marines off in the corner at a set of tables, obviously taking a break from hunting Alien Face Huggers, and the random Klingons and Fleet officers scattered in the crowd. Kick. Azz. So say we all.
  15. 06.30.10 Agincourt Mission Update: TBS: Three Hours The USS Agincourt has arrived at the Romulan shipyards (Teros Minor) per orders from Fleet Admiral Jarvis; we are escorting the Alliance as the joint Rihan-Federation vessel is put through her paces on a shakedown cruise. So far, the Romulan crew of the Alliance and the crew of the Agincourt are playing nice on the galactic playground. Welcome and thank you to guest NPCing stars: Laehval tTemarr and NDak. PS: I totally think we should have the 'Court buzz the bridge of the Alliance...I'm just saying...it'll be fun...
  16. MISSION BRIEFING: The Agincourt has just arrived at the Romulan shipyards to pick up the Alliance-class vessel it will be escorting on the shakedown cruise. Everyone is expected to play NICE with the Romulans, who are, after all, our allies. CourtChatLog10_6_30.txt
  17. MISSION BRIEF: TBS has been three days; the Agincourt is currently at station keeping, near the space port, as we wait for the next round of simulated battle games. All depts are on normal duty shifts. CourtChat10_6_23.txt
  18. I do have a couple of questions, because the Moose Tips and How To Guides don't really cover the information: When do I get my stealth Runabout so I can deploy out from the ship and perform secret missions for Section 31? I also put in a request for a shoulder mounted rocket launcher, and a specialized cyborg-German Shepherd sidekick so he can provide backup support on the missions? I'll probably also do some freelance work as a bounty hunter... And there may be the occasions where I instigate a brawl with an entire bar for no good reason just to keep the reflexes sharp, so where do I send the repair bill? Other then that, when I'm free and not off on a mission, I can still perform my duties as a Lieutenant Colonel on the 'Court, because, y'know, Super Colonel to the rescue and stuff. Just askin' :)
  19. 08.23.09 USS Agincourt NCC-81762 Security Department NPC Listing Player Listing: Chief Security Officer: Lieutenant (SG) C.T. Caine (Player Character) Line Officers: TAC/ASEC Lieutenant Paul Messner (Player Character) (LOA) ASEC Ensign Taelya Shra’ha (Player Character) Main NPC Listing: Combat and Patrol (Wolf, Jackal, Dingo, and Coyote Squads) Lieutenant Tyla "Bulldog" Mattingly: Short, agile half-Bajoran, chief of Coyote Squad. Energetic, highly motivated, with a polite, detail-oriented manner that masks a tenacity that spawned her callsign. In the mirror universe, Mattingly, as a result of her part-alien heritage, was only able to attain the rank of an enlisted crewman but tends to be able to gain influence over higher-ranking men to get things she wants. (Caine NPC) Lieutenant Thay'Lienne Mical: Female Andorian assigned to the Coyote Squad. A junior commissioned officer who is completing her final training courses remotely. Her duties include computer systems, brig processing, and front line sniper support actions. Within the Mirror Universe of the ISS Agincourt, Mical functions as one of the chief bodyguards to Commander Kansas JoNs. (JoNs NPC) Ensign James "Jimmbo" Farragut: Junior commissioned officer, chief of Jackal squad, a late-comer to Starfleet and therefore old for his rank. Though terse and soft-spoken, even shy, off-duty, he is very direct in his manner during operations and can be counted upon not to lose his head in a crisis. In the mirror universe, Farragut is a lady's man without much respect for or loyalty to anyone, though he sticks close to the chief of his department as part of the necessary machinations to keep his hide safe. (Caine NPC) Master Chief Petty Officer Keltex: Male Klingon and team leader of the Dingo Squad. A thoroughly competent senior enlisted officer with well over forty years of experience within the Klingon military as well as the Federation Starfleet. His training is invaluable, and he has been tapped in the past to take the spot of bridge watch leader during off shifts as well as duty stints on the Tactical console. His specialty is security, with minors in hand to hand combat, as well as maintaining a standing as a junior master with the Batleth and Mekleth weapons of the Klingon culture. Within the Mirror Universe of the ISS Agincourt, Keltex functioned as the chief and lead bodyguard for Commander Kansas JoNs; unfortunately, the Klingon enlisted officer was killed in action during a skirmish on the Sigma ch’Fhaevan Colony world. (JoNs NPC) Chief Petty Officer Conrad H. Zimm: (Retired) former Male Human team leader for the Wolf Squad. Zimm is a competent enlisted officer who has twenty years of active service, with duty concentrations in armory operations as well as general security operations such as Surveillance systems and Defensive systems. Opted for honorable discharge and retirement from the Starfleet following the Soltan attack on the Earth. Within the Mirror Universe of the ISS Agincourt, Conrad “Silencer” Zimm was originally a 2nd Lieutenant within the Marine department before transferring over to the Security department at the rank of senior grade Lieutenant and taking the position of senior armory chief. He enjoyed a romantic relationship with Commander Kansas JoNs. In the 2009 ISS 'Court Log Caine: The Abel Factor Zimm has since left the Imperial Fleet with an honorable discharge and the two lovers have now parted ways. (JoNs NPC) Petty Officer First Class Marisa Katt: Female Human and member of the Dingo Squad. Cross trained in Tactical systems, Katt can be frequently spotted during the second or third shifts or as a rotational fill in for the bridge tactical console operations. (JoNs NPC) Petty Officer Second Class Darjhan: Male Zaldan, currently only making log appearances for the ISS Agincourt timeline. He was recruited by Cmdr. JoNs as a replacement bodyguard for the deceased MCPO Keltex. He is young, capable and thorough on the battlefield, but bluntly honest and to the point. (JoNs NPC) Petty Officer Third Class Kreval: Male Tellerite member of the Jackal Squad. He has a big mouth, and is abrasive (typical of his species). He has clashed a few times with his superiors, and has had past training within the field of heavy weapons and explosives. (JoNs NPC) Petty Officer Third Class T’Selt: Female Vulcan and Jackal Squad enlisted officer who is frequently paired with Kreval. Unlike her partner, TSelt is level headed, quiet, pragmatic, as well as a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. She has background training as a hand to hand combat instructor. (JoNs NPC) Crewman David Decatur: Extremely young enlisted man in the Coyote squad who looks up to older officers with a very respectful and occasionally worshipful air. In the mirror universe, Decatur is a dumb, broad-shouldered thug whose loyalty to Caine and self-appointed position as her bodyguard has led to conflict with those in the department loyal to JoNs and to an assassination attempt on the XO at least once. (Caine NPC) Crewman Jacob Spencer: Another enlisted officer, the resident troublemaker of the Security department. Still wet behind the ears as a combatant, he nevertheless likes to assume he knows everything and gets easily defensive when receiving instruction. In the mirror universe, Spencer made Ensign, and is a bigot with a short temper who has taken pains to form no allegiances to anyone in the department, something which has occasionally gotten him into trouble. (Caine NPC) Armory and Weapons Teams (Alpha, Beta, Omega Teams) Senior Chief Petty Officer Rafhael Esteban: Male Human, team leader of the Alpha shift armory team. A native South American with Hispanic roots, Esteban grew up within the neighborhood gang networks, but worked his way out of the system and enrolled in Starfleet for enlisted officer studies. (JoNs NPC) NPC’s Killed in Action: Perseus Arm Mission: Crewman First Class Carter Burne (Male Human) Lieutenant Colton Wexler (Male Human) Crewman Third Class Grace Hatama (Female Human) Alpha Quadrant Re-Entry Mission: Petty Officer Corla Fahl (Female Bajoran) Crewman Second Class Karl Walsh (Male Human) Crewman Second Class Alan Munro (Male Human) Crewman Third Class Selessia (Female Orion) Other: Midshipman Joseph Chase: Male Human junior officer recruited by Commander Kansas JoNs for service on board the Agincourt. Later guilty of sabotaging certain systems on the ship, in the name of the “Sons and Daughters of Righteousness”, a reactionary group given seed thanks to the Soltan attack on the Earth; arrested and remanded to the custody of the proper Starfleet Command authorities. (JoNs NPC)
  20. MISSION BRIEF: The gathered 7th Fleet ships begin to move into formation in order to take part in coordinated training maneuvers. We are at Yellow Alert; any officers on Alpha Shift are concerned with overall Dept readiness during the maneuvers. Those off shift will begin weapons training or general combat readiness training. CourtChatLog10_6_9.txt
  21. 06.09.10 Agincourt Mission Update TBS: 30 Minutes. We'll reboot the ship to ship training simulation and go through another run with the 7th. The gathered 7th Fleet ships begin to move into formation in order to take part in coordinated training maneuvers. We are at Yellow Alert Any officers on Alpha Shift are concerned with overall Dept readiness during the maneuvers: Colonel Harper, Lt. Caine, Lt. Cmdr Condacin, and Ens Julio man our bridge readiness stations for the simulated battles. Those off shift begin weapons training or general combat readiness training: Caine NPCs Spencer and Farragut get a taste of Marine weapons training, while new SEC Ensign Taelya is also indoctrinated to these combat protocols thanks to the ministrations of Private Karo Veras. GSgt Mike Hefner keeps a watch on all of the teams training in the holodecks. Lt. Colonel JoNs begins a tour of the ship with CENG Kairi, and plans on checking in with the Departments during the Fleet drill. CMO Trenral readies the medical bay per the yellow alert, though is thankful that she will not be receiving any "real" casualties. Lieutenant Tay is a Leaf on the Wind, working the Helm console like nobody's business.
  22. MISSION BRIEFING: Time between Sims has been a few hours. The USS Agincourt has been assigned semi-permanently to the 7th Fleet as well as this outlying Federation sector. The ship remains docked at the space station while the remainder of the 7th Fleet continues to arrive in system; our crew is on general duty alert as we prepare the systems to take part in the upcoming ship to ship training maneuvers. CourtChatLog10_6_2.txt
  23. Happy Birthday to the NICE one! Have a great day!
  24. Note: The 05.26.10 Sim was cancelled. 06.02.10 Agincourt Mission Update: TBS: One Hour The planning for ship wide projectile weapons and combat defensive continues to move forward; the training will start with Marines and SEC, and the non-combat Departments will then be incorporated into the training roster as well. The CENG and her senior line officer discuss what brought each of them to service on the Agincourt. The CMO and the XO make nice; the claws did not fly and the blood did not flow. The Bridge Officers under the direction of Colonel Harper oversee general ships operations as well as the progress of the mobilization of the 7th Fleet. Next week, we begin full joint Fleet maneuvers.
  25. Local chapter groups can either turn out well or not. A lot of them are or can be very clique-ish - together for years, that sort of thing. I did try a local chapter, just not my thing. Honestly, STSF is way better.
