  1. Personally I've never watched soap opera's. They are just way to time consuming. Television in itself is time consuming. I haven't had time for Enterprise, let alone something in the middle of the day like a soap. However, I must admit, DS9 was a great soap, if you consider it one. ::chuckle::
  2. I'm running Windows XP Professional, however I do enjoy using the Macintosh system. I believe that each system has its advantages. Windows for it's compatiability in networks and the buisness world at large. Macintosh for it's amazing work with video and imaging abilities. Linux is great for those who don't really like either of the systems and know more about computers. Really depends on what you are looking for.
  3. Personally I prefer musicals. Operas are cool, but since they are quite often preformed in other languages besides english and spanish I get frustrated with them. Musicals are great, I've seen way to many to pass a judgement on which is my favorite. Showboat was amzaing, Fiddler on the Roof, Suessical, and others. In other preformances I have enjoyed, Blue Man Group is downright aweasome.
  4. Hair buns
  5. Buffy the Vampire Slayer
  6. Fox Trot (the comic)
  7. Surely you can't be serious? Of course I can, and stop calling me Surely!
  8. Lollipops
  9. Joe Schmo
  10. Dead Like Me
  11. Happy Birthday!
  12. Happy Birthday! Ok, so slightly belated birthday. What can I say? I've been busy. :P
  13. Whoohoooooo! Go Hd!
  14. The scary thing is I agree with Vanroy, I thought the exact same thing. I was sitting here reading the topic titles going "Why did Fred post a topic on Hewlet-Packards"? HP makes great printers and should have stuck with printers and printers alone. PC's are ok, not the greatest, not the worst. And on the third point, I agree with Vanroy. Dells are great PC's. They are black. Black PC's are much better than other colored computers.
  15. Lions and Tigers, Oh My!
  16. The First Real Life Communicator I suspect in a few years that this type of technology will replace cell phones. The ability to simply tap and contact the person you wish to talk to will revolutionize communications in the world. It's the first step, and quite an amazing one at that.
  17. I checked out the company who makes it, Vocera Communications and I found out it's 4.2" by 1.4" which is pretty small if you think about it. A comm badge in Star Trek is about 2" by 1.75". The fact that we have the basic same technology only a little longer is quite amazing. To find out more, here is the link to this particular product: Vocera Communications, Communication Badge
  18. Congradulations Mr. Precip! In best piloting tradition, for all your flights as a GM, I wish you clear skys and calm winds.
  19. Happy Birthday Freddy!
  20. Interesting Tovan. How did you stumble upon this? The most interesting of the bio's would be Lieutenant Eason, before she admitted to being a member of SI.
  21. It reminds me of First Contact, when Picard looks at the viewscreen and you see ships blowing up and rolling while others are moving in to fire.
  22. Hey! I thought I was the Chief Engineer onboard the Manticore! Have I been fired? :)
  23. I don't have the numbers at all. What software is required on my computer to run the game and where can I find it if I don't have it?
  24. Vex, I went to load your game and it came up with a picture of the Defiant with letters below that saying "Game is Loading...". However, the game isn't loading. I'm not sure what's going on, I have the latest java and flash but the game never moves past this screen.
