Service Information:

A former Starfleet Officer serving as Chief of Sciences onboard the USS Reaent NCC-3345-G. Kroells retired from Starfleet after an incident on the ship, and began drifting about the quadrant in a drunken haze, until finally heading into Rihan territory, and not being heard again. Believed to have defected, a warrant for his arrest was put out.

This is a period of time that his where about are unknown, even to the Rihan government. It is known however, is that he eventually met with Enriov N’Dak and served in his fleet during the Great Rihan Civil War, and played a crucial role in the battle of ch’Rihan, although this information is classified.

After the wars end, Travis was decorated as a war hero, and given an honorary position of Ambassador. He aided in negotiations for the treaty of Versailles, and following the passing of the treaty, his criminal status in the United Federation of Planets was also dropped.

Travis was present at the bombing of the VDC a short time ago, during the celebration of the signing of the Versailles Treaty. Although he escaped the tragedy uninjured, his son James did not and was severely injured. Due to this, Travis have recently taken a personal leave for an extended period.
