STARFLEET PERSONNEL FILE

Name: McGee, John

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Age: 28

Height: 5ft 11in

Weight: 185 lbs

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Blue

Place of Birth: Earth: Santa Paula, California

Marital Status: Single, never married.

Starfleet Service Record:

Service Identification: 3-PID-096-QD-042

Current rank: Ensign

Previous Assignment: Helm Officer, Constitution class USS Merrimac, NCC-1715. (Decommissioned 2292)

Personnel Disciplinary Record: This officer was reduced in rank from Lieutenant Junior Grade for failing to report for duty on time and for undertaking restricted activities. Said officer felt that restricted or not, quoting his testimony at his hearing, ".. it was appropriate for a Helm Officer to teach himself what Star Fleet wouldn't: How to really fly!" Security officers arrested him while he was conducting "Barn-Storming" flights to pay for fuel in his personal aircraft, a 20th century flying machine.

The Personnel Board found that Ensign McGee should be sent, with his aircraft, to the one ship in the fleet who's Chief Engineer, Lt. Commander Cyiv, whom had previously been an instructor to Mr. McGee at the academy and apparently the only Star Fleet officer to positively endorse this officer, for further instruction.
