Inside "Tourguide's" Hideout....

 

 

Byblos sat in a state of despair looking at his Boss Joe Manning in the cot across from him sleeping.

 

Byblos still had to figure his BOSS out...let alone all the other BOSSES around the Andus Web. In the past, on his father's ship or with the Cycles of Death such a sight would not be tolerated. Leadership would be challenged. But Qob was different and he was still trying to figure things out.

 

Pher was having to do the brunt of the work. Period. He did not know how the Orion tolerating working for a BOSS that visited his flask to often, even when his body clearly needed healing. Pher was quite an amazing woman. She did not need her pheromones to work her magic on Byblos. Watching her constantly try to salvage this group of individuals was in a way intoxicated.

 

Her ability not to be as overly concerned about things like himself, yet plan ops when presented...as from the Klingon that arrived on the doorstep a short while ago was impressive.

 

The Nausicaan's stream of thought strayed from Pher to the Klingon.....

 

How did that Big Klingon know about Argyle's hideout? He was under the employment of Gilmo..that little "twirp" who surrounded himself with big guys with blades and guns. Yet the "twirp" somehow managed to get on Argyle's ######list. Certain things were again spinning around that Byblos did not see.

 

He turned his head from the depressing form of Joe Manning to the physically but far more mentally attractive Pher. Perhaps her skill set in Risa and in space...will figure what he couldn't see.

 

How the heck to complete the original job?
