  2. A N’Dak Brothers Production starring Issaha and Destorie Issaha looked around the small courier shuttle and reviewed his assignment papers again. He had been assigned to the RES Talon after his father had pulled some strings for him…again. Of course mother wanted him there because Destorie would help take care of him, not that she particularly wanted him on a war bird, but at least Destorie was there. Issaha had even delayed sending word to his brother because he knew if Destorie had anytime to protest, he would. He leaned back and thought back to the last time he had actually seen his brother back on Qo’Nos. l l l Destorie was in his ‘cushy’ office in the Romulan Embassy. He looked out the window. Things were gross as ever on the Klingon homeworld, dark and rainy. Blasted, how these Klingons got along on this world was beyond him. His t'Liss beeped. He looked down to see who it was. It was his brother. He groaned. “Go ahead Issaha” “I think I might be in some trouble Destorie.” “Surprise…what is it this time?” Before Issaha could say another word, the doors to Destorie’s office flung open and a very angry Klingon was standing in the room. “Hang on Issaha,” Destorie whispered into the t’Liss. “Yes. What can I do for au?” Destorie reaching for his disruptor he had placed under his desk. “WHERE IS HE!!!! I KNOW HE'S HERE!!!” Destorie looked up at the Klingon, “Who is ‘he’?” The Klingon slammed his fists on the desk, “That pa’tak you call a brother.” Destorie stood eying the Klingon, not about to be out postured by the obviously drunken, but still formidable Klingon. “Do na ever address my brother that way au vile drunken excuse for a pa'tak.” The Klingon stood eyeing the Romulan not sure which one of the N’Daks he wanted to kill more at the moment. “Besides what has he done to au?” “It’s not what he has done to me, but my daughter.” the Klingon snarled, “And thus has damaged my honor.” Destorie smirked to himself...“need my help huh” he thought to himself, then straightened and narrowed his gaze at the Klingon. “I am sure there is some misunderstanding. My brother would na touch au daughter, that would dishonor HIM and the entire Rihan race. Now be gone!” “Do you have any idea who I am?” Destorie sniffed the air. “A vile drunken Klingonssu?” “You had best hope you find your brother before I do, because if I find him first....” The Klingon stormed out of the room and slammed the doors behind him. Destorie fumed, he knew full well who the Klingon screaming at him was, and he was Councilor Ternok, one of the higher members of the council. “Wow he sounded mad Destorie,” Issaha finally chimed in. “You moron, Issaha. Where the blue blazes are you?” Destorie said with disgust. “You think...what in elements name did you do with one of those vile things...you make me sick...” “She was actually quite nice looking for a Klingonssu.” Issaha paused, “I am hiding at the moment. I really don’t want to run into Ternok right now.” “Your sick...I am going to have a khienssa look at au when I get au out of this,” Destoire said shaking his head. “Where are au hiding. I'll be on my way to come get au” “I think you just jealous brother, that’s all,” Destorie could hear him pause again, “Anyways I some bar near the embassy.” “Jealousy....” he stopped himself before he said something he'd regret. “Which one?” “I can’t tell. I think it has Kahless in the name somewhere.” “That’s helpful...That narrows it down to...oh JUST ABOUT EVERY BAR ON Qo'Nos!” Destorie could hear Issaha ordering another drink, “I think I might have had just a little to drink as well. Calm down brother. You really need to learn to lighten up.” “I swear you are what 15 and already your getting your self into trouble with these vile Klingons? I'd be a lot calmer if you would keep khoi of trouble” Destorie paused and calmed himself, “Well a Romulan in a Klingon bar shouldn’t be that hard to find. I'll be on my way. DO NA DRAW ATTENTION TO AUSELF!” “Hold on brother,” he overheard Issaha asking someone the name of the bar, “One of these very friendly people just told me the bars name is 'The Sword of Kahless,.” “Very well, that about 4 blocks from here, tr'Nomad and tr'Nerak and myself are on our way.” “No need to hurry brother. I was thinking about finding Ternok’s daughter again. So take your time.” Destorie responded by throwing the t'Liss against the wall. With the loud thud he heard and then nothing, Issaha decided it was probably best to try to get back to the embassy. Destorie gathered up tr'Nomad and tr'Nerak and started out the door. He stopped one of the Klingons on the street. And asked him in Klingoneese where the “Sword of Kahless” bar was at. The old man looked at bit taken by a Rihan speaking Klingonesse, but pointed down the street towards the bar. The three of Rihans had on cloaks around their bodies and looked like ‘dead ones’ walking down the streets. Destorie felt for his disruptor and kept an eye out for Ternok. Destorie could see the bar in the distance; he stepped up his pace a little bit. Issaha began to stumble out of the bar when the door swung open and in strode Ternok. Issaha looked up into Ternok’s eyes and could see the anger in them, “Rehkkai I just wanted to let au know au have a lovely daughter.” Destorie could clearly make out the bar by now and along with the other two, had picked up their pace to a jog. Ternok grinned and picked up Issaha and threw him through a table. Issaha made his way to his feet and looked back up at that angry snarl of Ternok’s, “So I guess we can na talk this over can we?” Destorie was almost to the door. Ternok flashed his evil grin again and took out his dagger, “I do not believe so you dirty Romulan. You should have never touched my daughter.” Just as Ternok had almost got the blade to Issaha’s throat, Destorie burst through the door and took out his disruptor. “Slice io inch of him and Ill yy'a au where au stands.” “I wasn’t the only one doing the touching,” Issaha said indignantly. Destorie flashed a glare at Issaha. “Good to see you brother,” Issaha said excitedly. “Silence,” Destorie snapped. “You are in for it now Ternok.” Issaha moved the blade from his neck, stood up and walked over to his brothers side, “Go ahead Destorie do something to him.” The Klingon was, by this time, furious to say the least. Destorie gave him a cold stare down. Then spouted off something in Rihan, and then started speaking in Klingon so Issaha couldn’t hear him. “Listen he is the black sheep of the family, he is a disgrace to us. I will personally take care of him and send au his remains. If au doesn’t leave us now though, au will be the io I yy’a.” Issaha noticed that some of the other bar patrons were laughing at whatever Destorie was saying in Klingon, “Brother what are au telling them?” He glared at Issaha. “Being quiet now.” Destorie turned back to the Klingon. “Qappla?” Ternok sheathed his blade and looked at Destorie, “Agreed.” Destorie flipped the bar keep a bar of latnium, then grabbed Issaha by the scruff of the neck and drug him out of the bar. As he was dragged out of the bar Issaha shouted back, “Tell your daughter I will na be able to make that second date Ternok.” Destorie gave Issaha a quick slap on the face. “Ouch. What was that for?” “For my trouble.” Destorie didn’t let go until they were back in his office and had thrown Issaha to the floor of the room “Give me au Kaleh!” Issaha stood up and stumbled a bit, “I could have taken him. I was just waiting for the right moment to launch my attack. Why?” Destorie narrowed his eyes. “Because I said so.” “Good enough reason I guess.” Issaha handed his kaleh to his brother. “tr’Nomad, come here,” He said taking the kaleh. tr’Nomad came close to him. “Put au hand on the desk.” tr'Nomad looked at him a little stangely, but did as he was told. “What are you doing Destorie?” With one quick slice, he took tr'Nomad's hand off and then jabbed the kaleh into skewering it to the Kaleh. The he turned and looked at Issaha. Issaha’s eyes got big, “Why in the elements did au just skewer tr'Nomad’s hand with my Kaleh?” “I got au off the hook by saying I would kill au and give him au remains. Instead, because au aren’t worth my trouble, I am going to send him tr'Nomad’s hand on au Kaleh.” "I think I am going to be sick." tr’Nomad looked a little horrified but limped off to the infirmary. “tr'Nerak. See this gets to the Councilors’ household.” “Good. Does au see au the trouble au caused?!?” “No I am seriously going to be sick brother.” “Pathetic. Au doesn't have a Rihan heart.” Issaha tried to make it to a receptacle before he vomited all over Destorie’s desk. “It wasn’t watching you cut off a hand; I think I just had a little too much to drink.” Destorie shook his head disapprovingly. “Au NEVER learns does au?” “Learn what brother?” Destorie just stood there shaking his head. “Nevermind, au should go pack, au can na stay here any longer. Au will have to go back to ch'Rihan. I'll take care of the orders.” “Don’t look at me like that Destorie.” Destorie shot another glance over at Issaha glaring intently. “Like what? Au can na even be trusted to be alone for one afternoon with out causing an international affair.” Issaha, recoiled and started to walk out of the room, then turn and looked at his older brother. “Just think though brother. Someday we'll both serve on the same warbird and conquer the universe in the name of the Rihan Empire.” “That will be the day...” l l l Issaha couldn’t help but grin at his last meeting with Destorie. The pilot of the shuttle informed him that they were approaching the Talon. Issaha picked up his things and was ready to face his brother again.

Issaha was born on ch’Rihan unlike his siblings, who were all born on Vulcan while his mother, Ambassador t’Sevik, was serving as Rihan Ambassador to that planet. The youngest of N’Dak children, Issaha has had to watch his older siblings go on to prestigious appointments and duties. Upon reaching the age of ascension, Issaha, like his older brother was torn between to decisions; to enter into the Galea or join the Diplomatic Corps. The decision was a hard one, torn in between the wishes of his mother, and his own desire to live up to the ‘standard’ his brother had set by already becoming the Daise Dheno on a Warbird, he eventually decided to enter the Galae Retor. Psychological Profile: In his first period as a eredh, Issaha has had difficulties fitting in with his fellow eredh. We feel that is may be due to his young age, or the amount of pressure placed on him by pedigree. It is recommended that his application be reviewed again. --el’Riov tr’Viex, Kheinsa Galea Retor Current Assignment: Issaha was allowed to enter the academy due to his political connections, and his high test scores. However after io period, it has been determined that he is not yet ready to be enrolled in the Retor at this time. However, at his father’s request, it has been also decided that he should not be released from the Galea entirely. Instead, it is the decision of Galee Academy Senior staff that he should serve his second period aboard a vessel doing field work, which will count towards his graduation and hopefully he will become mature enough to return for his third-period. It is at the request of Dehu N'dak and Khre'Riov t'Yena, that he be assigned to the RES Talon, under command of Khre'Riov t'Rexan and Daise Dheno Destorie N'Dak. The Khre'Riov, though unhappy with this arrangement, has relented and taken him onto her ship, as a personal favor to Khre'Riov t'Yena. Upon the completion of the Second Period, he will be reevaluated and a decision on his readmission to the Academy will be made. --Khre’Riov t’Yena, Galae Academy
