A calm, even-mannered woman, Ensign Weber possesses a personality that translates very well into Fleet life. She has a long temper, an open mind, and in addition to a high regard for common courtesies, has a high sense of care for her medical patients. Although nurturing, she also remains emotionally distant from more or less all of her colleagues; her explanation of this is that it more or less enables her to make more neutral medical decisions in the case of emergency. Further speculation into her reasons is beyond the purpose of this analysis, and may be conducted at a later date should complications arise from her attitude.

Family History -

 

Weber's father, Commander John Franklin Weber, was killed in the Battle of Earth when the Breen attacked San Francisco. Her mother, a philanthropist and humanitarian on the frontiers of the Federation, was reported missing along with her vessel approximately six months prior to her daughter's return into Starfleet active duty.
