  1. Starfleet Personnel File: Praxxis, Jorin Starfleet Service No. PJH 186-417 Name: Jorin Praxxis Age: 23 Race: Human Gender: Male DOB: July 8th, 2374 POB: Tycho City, Luna Height: 1.83m (6'0") Weight: 97.52 kg (215 lbs) Hair: Black Eyes: Green Status: Single Current Rank: Midshipman Personal History: Praxxis was born into a Starfleet family on Luna in 2374. Both of his parents were medical officers in Starfleet, his mother being the chief surgeon at Starfleet medical and his father being an instructor at the Starfleet medical academy. He enrolled at Starfleet medical academy in 2392 and completed the curriculum graduating in the top ten percent of his class. Following his graduation he was posted to the newly commissioned Prometheus class starship USS Agincourt NCC-81762 which went missing in late 2397. Midshipman Praxxis is currently listed as "missing in action." Personality Profile: Praxxis is typically very sociable and easy to get along with. He works well in team situations and is often innovative and tends to take initiative in situations rather than waiting to be ordered to take action in any given scenario. While this occasionally results in him overstepping his bounds slightly, he makes an effort not to do so with other members of his team. Praxxis enjoys social gatherings and often engages in casual conversation with his patients during examinations and procedures which seems to help put them at ease. At times the conversations will stretch out beyond the conclusion of the procedure and he'll have to remind himself that he has other duties to attend to. Service Record: (08.03.14) Graduated Starfleet Medical (08.03.26) Posted to USS Agincourt at the rank of Midshipman Awards: ---
